Now, today we got the front and rear ones, and this can be great if you're driving or you want to crack your windows just a little bit. Just either let things air out a little bit, or if it's a hot day, you just need a little bit more air flow in there. And if it's raining, you don't want any of that rain getting inside your vehicle, this is gonna be a great way to prevent that. These rain guards are gonna be constructed from acrylic, so they're gonna have a couple things about them. So they're gonna be pretty durable for what they are, and very flexible too. more

So for safety, I can keep my windows up here, but I'll still have air coming through underneath the rain guards. Also good if you're camping, you're parked, it's raining. Putco Element In-Channel Window Rain Guards Installation - 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500- Video
Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and we're gonna be installing the Putco Window Air Deflectors on the front and rears. And compared to a lot of other styles, the Putcos are gonna have a little bit more contours to 'em compared to just the more bubbly style. I think they're gonna look really good on this truck. These wind guards are gonna allow you to roll down your window about an inch and a half to two inches when it's raining and still get some fresh air. They're gonna be made out of a polycarbonate material that is claimed to be virtually unbreakable so when you're driving down the road, any rocks or anything like that's coming off the road in colder temperatures, hotter climates, they're going to resist dents, dings, cracks, and definitely resist breaking so you may not have to get a pair for a long time. more

So I like to go car camping, and rain guards like these are extremely helpful for me because then I can leave the windows cracked and have some airflow come in but I don't have to worry about the rain coming in as well. The rain deflector is gonna be great for whatever window you put 'em on. Now, this is gonna come in a kit, so we're gonna put 'em on the driver's side and the passenger's side. And you can see they go right in here in the groove or the weather strip when you roll the window up, and that's gonna protect it from the rain hitting here. So I gotta come directly in the window, so you could drop the window just a little bit here to get some airflow when you're going down the road. more

Flint Hill Goods In-Channel Front and Rear Rain Guards Installation - 2011 Ford F-150- Video
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today we'll be taking a look at our Flint Hill Goods Rain Deflectors or Wind Deflectors right here on our 2011 Ford F-150. So these are gonna be custom fit wind deflectors or rain guards, so whether it's raining and you wanna make sure that no water goes onto your windows or it just deflects out away from your truck, or let's say it's windy and you wanna leave your window down, we don't want all of the wind blowing into your face, that's where these wind deflectors come in handy. They're also helpful for, let's say, you just camped out, you're just hanging out, and you wanna keep your windows just slightly up where you still get a good amount of air, this will help keep that privacy in place. So this is gonna come in a set of four, so you have two for the front and two for the rear, and as you can see, with this being custom fit, that's very important, you want to have them fit around the grooves of your windows, they're basically like your current windows, just a little bit extra. So these are going to be dark tinted deflectors, so you can see here how it kinda matches the tint of our current window. If I put my hand underneath the deflectors, you can't really see my hand behind it. more

Hello neighbors. It's Brad here at Etrailer, and today we're taking a look and installing the Flint Hill Goods In-Channel Rain Guards on a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Now this kit is gonna come with the front and rear rain guards, and you're gonna have those for both sides. Installation is relatively simple, and you're gonna gain a lot of use out of this, especially when it's raining but also it has a nice shaded color here which is gonna help block out sun. It's kind of in that area where your actual sun guard doesn't block, so those ones that are kind of hitting you up the side, this is gonna help block some of that out. Now, these are great for when you want just a little a bit of wind coming through, just to get some fresh air, but rolling down the window might be a little bit much. more

What's up everybody, Adam here with etrailer. Today, I have my 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe in here, and we're gonna be taking a look at the WeatherTech rain guards. WeatherTech is gonna provide a little bit thicker rain guard compared to some of the other ones. I actually took off my OEM ones, which as you can see, very, very thin, very flimsy, and they started to crack over time. So, these aren't going to crack near as quickly as these did. Also, a nice thing about these compared to the OEM ones, as you can see all that glue and stuff. more

Hey, everybody, welcome to etrailer.com, I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look the Flint Hill Goods front rain guard here on our 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. So if you guys are looking for a way of giving yourself a decent little rain guard to go ahead and allow yourself to crack that window for whatever reason, maybe we just, you know, I don't know if you guys have ever experienced that, but you're driving along, got no AC on, no heater. All of a sudden your windows start fogging up, becomes a pain to go ahead and turn on that defroster, way nicer to go ahead and roll the roll those windows down a little bit in the rain. However, then you're getting rained on, right Well, now with these guys you can go ahead and crack it, that way, no rain can get in and we're still getting good air flow with it, which is great. So you are having a dark tinted acrylic construction here. That acrylic construction gonna make sure it's lasting for the years to come, which is nice. more

A couple of nice features about having a window rain guard is going to be that whenever you're driving down the road, whether it is raining or snowing, this is going to allow you to crack your window to allow that fresh air in and circulate without getting any of those elements inside the vehicle. Another thing that's nice is they are streamlined and designed to be a little bit closer to the body of the vehicle. So it's going to help with reducing wind noise as well. This is a kit of four, so we're going to get one that goes on the driver's side front, one on the driver's side rear and the same on the other side. Hey today guys today we have the 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan, and we're going to take a look at and show you how to install these Weathertech side window air deflectors for the front and rear.Now this is going to be a great product to add to your Caravan. It's going to help deflect wind over your windows if you want to have them slightly cracked, even when you're traveling at high speeds. It's going to help with cracking that window, allowing some fresh air to get in and allow any interior heat to escape.Now they work great for those days where maybe it's raining outside, you can just crack the window a little bit, like I said let that interior heat escape and get some fresh air in there. If you have tinting on your windows, we have a dark tinting installed on our Caravan right now so that's going to just keep the tinting low, even if you lower or crack your window down that much. Now in some cases where you may have purchased a set of deflectors for the front and none for the back, or if you just need a replacement, you can purchase these deflectors separately just for the rear instead of having to purchase the kit all over again.They have a nice low-profile design, which is going to help cut down on wind noise, and that's useful for those days where you might want to roll down your window a bit and let some fresh air in the vehicle, and also keep the elements outside. The dark tinting is going to provide extra shade from the sun for if it's at a certain angle, it could help keep the sun out of your eyes. It has a three millimeter thick acrylic construction, which can be very durable and hold up well to all of the elements.They're very easy to get installed. We'll go ahead and show you how to do that now. First you want to make sure that you have your window rolled down completely, and then remove these yellow backings that are on the adhesion strips so that they can stick up in their channel. more

Today we've got a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and we're going to be taking a look at, and showing you how to install, these WeatherTech side window air deflectors for the rear which is part number WT81840.These side window air deflectors do a great job of allowing interior heat to escape while cutting down on the wind noise that could be entering your car as you're driving at high speeds. If you lower the window just about two to two-and-a-half inches you can allow the interior heat to come out and let some fresh air get in the car, and the wind is going to be kind of ramping over that deflector making sure it doesn't make too much noise inside your vehicle. Also, if it's raining out it's also going to do a great job of not allowing water to get inside as long as you have it rolled up to at least the bottom part of the air deflector.It's got a dark tinted acrylic construction so it's going to be durable and hold up well in extreme conditions. The dark tint is also going to resist UV rays. So if you've got your kids sitting in the backseat, or whoever might be back there, if the sun's at a certain angle it's going to do a great job of giving you more protection from the sun so it doesn't get in your eyes.Now, you're going to get both a driver's side and a passenger's side deflector for the rear windows. Toady we've got a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install these WeatherTech Side Window Deflectors, which is part number WT80840.These side window deflectors are a great accessory to have if you want interior heat to escape while cutting down on wind noise and not allowing water to get in if it's raining out.
