Well, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Telesteps RV foldable five foot ladder with a nine-foot reach. Now this is gonna be great, not only for your RV or your camper, but really anything that life throws at you. Accessories on vans like this are really great, but being six foot, I can't even reach the top of the roof. So that's where something like this comes in handy. Obviously it's gonna fit in here, not take up a whole lot of footprint. And whenever you're ready to grab your stuff, you can just set this up nice and easy. more

Review of Stromberg Carlson RV Ladders - Starter Extension Ladder - LA-148- Video
Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Stromberg Carlson 48-inch-tall RV aluminum ladder extension. Has a 250 pound weight capacity. Now basically this extension will attach to the bottom of your RV's existing rear ladder to help bridge that gap from the end of the ladder to the ground. Just wanna pop up an insert to show you what we're talking about. If you look at that insert, if you notice how in the back the RV ladder only goes down so far, and then you can connect this to the end of that and then use that to climb up the rest of the ladder. more

This is going to make it much easier for you to get up into your attic or loft in your home. This will work for your 8-foot, 9-foot and 10-foot ceilings. It is a telescoping design, so it is gonna be very easy to put away when you're done, just lift up like so, and then we do have the included springs that will make it very easy for us to raise this back up to our ceiling. Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer and today I'm gonna be showing you how to install these Strongberg Carlson RV exterior ladder with hinges here on our 2022 Keystone Passport SL series travel-trailer. The Strongberg Carlson RV exterior ladder is going to be a great option for you if you're needing to get up on the roof of your trailer to do any cleaning, maintenance or maybe you have to replace a vent or vent lid, it's going to make it a whole a lot easier, especially if you're out camping and you need to get up there to kind of clean off, maybe you have a bunch of leaves up there, maybe some debris from a tree that you need to clean off, instead of having a haul ladder with you which is gonna take up a ton of space. You already have your exterior ladder here. Our ladder is made of a lightweight and rustproof aluminum construction. It comes in two colors, just your standard aluminum or your black, which is gonna really help match the aesthetics of your trailer, especially with ours today, it's gray with all black trim so it really makes it stand out and look nice. Now, this foldable ladder will come in handy if you're packing up at the end of your camping trip and you might need a boost to reach a stuck awning, or let's say perhaps your smoke detector at home starts beeping in the middle of the night and you need to change out the batteries, so you need to be able to reach it, so you never know when you're going to need a nice good, sturdy ladder. Whether you're camping or doing chores around the house, this folding ladder here will let you access any of the higher-up areas in your home or around your RV, and as you can see, it'll fold into this nice, easy, convenient storage size. It is an A-frame ladder, it'll fold out to access the higher-up areas in and around your RV and home, and it has latches at the bottom that'll keep the ladder safely and securely in place. And just to show you how to open it, all you have to do is remove this strap with the hook-and-loop fastener on it, and then what you'll do first is just pull it open this way, and you can see with it opened that way, just push down on that, push down on the bracket, and then we mentioned those latches. more

Review of Lippert RV Ladders - On-The-Go Angled Telescopic Ladder - LC64HD- Video
Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a look at the Lippert On-The-Go angled telescopic ladder. Now this portable telescopic ladder is going to allow easy access to your RV roof and exterior for maintenance. This is designed for RVs that are factory equipped with the Lippert ladder receiver but it can also be used on other RVs, as long as it makes contact with the top of the RV and not the side. Now I have this fully retracted and the fully-retracted height is gonna be 33 1/2 inches. And at its widest point, we are sitting at 19 inches and this does feature deep foot rung steps that are gonna provide increased traction while climbing. So the rung width is gonna be right at 1 1/2 inches. more

A lot of your campers and RVs don't come standard with a ladder. So, traditional methods of having to access the roof for any maintenance or cleaning, it's going to be having a folding ladder here, which most of the times you can't really carry this with you to the campsite. So, if you have to do some onsite maintenance, it can get tricky getting up there. more

Hello neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look at a Surco aluminum universal camper ladder on a 2020 Dutchmen Coleman lantern light travel trailer. Having a camper generally comes with a decent amount of maintenance attached to it. And some of that maintenance happens to be up on the roof, whether it be for AC units or just general, you know, yearly cleaning of it and getting some of that mold off and to be able to have a ladder attached to it, which doesn't come factory is really nice because you can step up on your bumper and be up on your roof and know that it's surefooted and it's not going to fall over as you try to get back down. So as you can see, our customer has two AC units installed. more

Today we've been checking out the telescoping ladders is going to be a great way to get to that top of your rig if you need to do some maintenance or just, if something happens, you're on a trip, you hear something that scrape on the roof, you wanna go check it out. You can do that, you don't have to worry about it all weekend and wait till you get home to use that layer in your garage. You could actually use one of these telescoping ladders, that store right here in your basement, and get way more compact, than your standard ladder ever could, and it makes it way easier to store. Let's check it out. For example, we have a bunch of different ladders here for the shop for different videos we're doing and would really cut down on space if we just had a couple of the big ladders that we could telescope out to what we need, instead of having all these different ladders jammed in this corner. more

Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder with Hinges Review- Video
Hi there, RV and trailer owners. Today, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Stromberg Carlson's universal RV exterior ladder. These are available in either a standard aluminum finish, or you can get it with a black anodized coating, like we're showing off today. This customizable ladder provides up to seven steps at the maximum length, and is completely universal and customizable, so it can fit your RV or trailer. And one of the coolest parts about it is it does have swivel joints on it, so if you have a less traditional rear wall where it's not flat and it has a curve or an angle to it, this ladder is going to be functional with that, as you can angle around that curve as necessary. And this ladder does offer a 250 pound weight capacity, and I mean, I feel pretty comfortable just bouncing up and down on it here, and I weigh nearly 200 pounds. more

Surco RV Ladder Extension Review- Video
Hi there RV and camper owners. Today we're going to be taking a look at Surco's RV ladder extension. This 48 and a half inch ladder extension is going to make it quite a bit easier to climb up onto the roof of your motor home or your camper. It's also available in a 30 and a half inch if you don't have quite as far up to go.This one here that we've got, it's not too high up, but even this first step down there and the first actual step on here, is up pretty high. I've got kind of a bum knee right now, and it's pretty rough for me to climb up the ladder with that knee. But with a little bit lower step, it's actually quite a bit easier because you don't have to lift your leg up so high and you can use your arms to help you the rest of the way.Without our ladder extension in place, you can see our first step is here and there is a bar down here that you could use as a step, but it could be quite slippery as there's no grooves or anything in it to get traction and even this is quite a bit of a nice height. more

Hi there RV and camper owners. Today, we're going to be taking a look at Stromberg Carlson's RV ladder extension. This ladder extension is going to make it easier to climb up the ladder on the back of your RV or camper. You can see our original step is way up here, which is a pretty high step up. But with our extension here, my knees barely bent at all, making it significantly easier on my joints to get up the ladder. I've got a bit of a sore knee right now and using this versus without it, is a huge difference on the pain I feel when going up the ladder. more

Stromberg Carlson RV 60 inch Bunk Ladder Review- Video
Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Stromberg Carlson RV Bunk Ladder in black, made out of aluminum, and 60 inches tall, Part Number LA-460B. This interior RV ladder has four steps for easy and quick access into the top bunk. The rubber feet here on the bottom side of the ladder are going to help grip the ladder to the floor and not damage your carpet or your hardwood. Now the steps on the ladder have these special grooves, along with this rubber padding, that's going to help trap mud, dirt, and debris onto the ladder and prevent it from getting into your sheets. This bunk bed ladder is completely customizable. You can remove the rubber feet at the bottom of the ladder and use a saw to cut the leg off for a perfect fit. This RV bunk rack can be installed in two ways: with convenient hooks that can simply hook onto the top of your bunk or, for a more permanent solution, you can install this track, which is included with the bunk rack. more

Today were going to be taking a look at the Surco RV bunk ladder with bolt-on hook retainers, 60 in length, part number SP505B. This bunk ladder allows you to quickly and easily access any high bunks in your RV. The rubber feet here at the bottom of the ladder will help keep the ladder in place and wont damage your flooring. The rubber cap can also be removed to allow you to trim off any excess to accommodate different bunk heights. The rungs here on the ladder have a rubber coating on the top that is soft enough even for bare feet. It even has these ridges on the top that are going to help trap dirt, dust, and debris from getting into your sheets.Now the hooks of the ladder already come preassembled. more
