Now we did find that we had to use a separate distribution box specifically for this HE unit, but it does drop in nice and easy. The HE in the name stands for high efficiency, so this is gonna cool nice and efficiently. It can be used with a ducted or a ductless system. The high efficiency is accomplished by having dual motors and that's gonna get our 13,500 Btu capacity, chilling this down nice and quick. more

Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today, we're taking a look at the Furrion AC unit for campers. Now, this is gonna be for a single zone and it's rated at 13.5K BTU. This does replace a powered fan that was originally there, which does make it a little bit easier, as far as having all the electrical there to be able to get our new system in. Now, I think the trickiest part of the entire installation is probably getting this up on top of your RV. Here, we're able to use a forklift. So once you get this up here, that's gonna be, I think, half the battle. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Furrion High Efficiency RV Air Conditioning Unit on a 2020 Grand Design Momentum G Class 5th Wheel Toy Hauler. Now this system is going to be a single zone and gonna be rated at 13.5 KBTU. Now this is what our unit looks like installed on top of our roof and this does replace a powered fan that was originally there, which does make it a little bit easier as far as having all the electrical there to be able to get our new system in. Now I think the tricky is part of the entire installation is probably getting this up on top of your RV. Here we're able to use a forklift so once you get this up here that's gonna be I think half the battle. Another great part of replacing our roof vent fan means that the opening's already there so there's no cutting required when it comes to putting our new unit in place. more

Look, this is a great option if you're either wanting to add air conditioning to your camper, or if you're going to replace the air conditioning on your camper. We have different setups available at etrailer if you just want the rooftop unit by itself and you'll reuse, if you have an existing Furrion unit that you want to replace, and you just wanna replace the upper unit, you can do that. If it was me, I would get the entire kit at least with the lower air box as well. more
