If you pull this tab and open it up, pulls the plug out, and then you have access to your port. This is Jeff at etrailer.com.Today, we're going to take a look at this Goal Zero Nomad 5 Solar Panel, with this Flip 12 power bank.Now solar panels do not hold a charge, they'll just produce power when they're exposed to sunlight. So for the best charging experience, they combine the solar panel with this Flip 12 power bank to keep devices charged on the go.Basically, you just plug this Flip into the panel's built-in charging dock right here on the back to charge the battery from the sun while you're hiking, biking, or on the move. So basically what you'll do is just flip out this USB plug here, plug it into the USB receptacle and then push down and it'll actually clip onto the back of the solar panel. And then you can see with your leg out there as you're absorbing the sun, it'll be powering that power bank.Then you can actually just remove it and then use it to charge your phone or devices when the sun goes down. Now the solar panel, this is the Nomad 5 Solar Panel, this keeps your devices charged no matter where you are, which uses a five watt monocrystalline solar panel. more

I'm Ellen here atetrailer.com.And today we're taking a look at the Scosche GoBat 4400 Portable Backup Battery with Emergency Flashlight.So this is going to be a really handy thing to have on a camping trip or as an emergency backup.It's going to be able to charge any of your USB powered accessories.This has a battery life that is rated at 16.28 Watts, 3.7 volts, and 4,400 milliamp.So that's pretty similar to your cell phones, typical battery.So it will, in essence, double your batteries lifespan, since we would have charged that up to full charge.We'll have the power button here, which gives us an indicator of the charge on our battery.So right now it's fully charged, all four of those little LEDs come on and turn blue.And as it goes down, it'll let you know how charged that is.Whenever it is charging It'll flash on those little lights to let you know that it is charging.If you press and hold that same button, it'll turn into a flashlight.So press hold, That light comes down, and now we can use that to maybe find our way in the dark.If We had to go find our accessories in our car or find our way to the bathroom if we're out camping or something like that.So it's a nice accessory there.I'm going to turn out the lights in the studio so you can get a better idea of how bright that flashlight is.So it's not going to illuminate the whole night, but it will give you a little bit better idea of what's going on in the dark.Just helps to light your way. So it was nice to have items that are multifunctional. Doesn't just charge your phone or your accessory, it also gives you a little bit of light.So definitely a nice accessory to have in your backpack or something like that.Turn the button or press a button and hold again, it'll turn off.It also comes with a USB to micro USB cord.So any accessories that use that micro USB cord we'll have another one to use there.You can also use this to charge the battery itself.So if you plug it into this side port, that's its charging port, and then use the USB to discharge into either a wall outlet or some other accessory like on your laptop or computer to get this charged up to max.Whenever we want to charge our accessory, we'll use that larger USB port there on the end.As far as dimensions, the battery charger measures about three and three quarters inches long.And then about one and three quarter inches wide at the widest point, it kind of tapers down.The narrower end is about one and five eighths.And then the thickest portion or the depth it's about seven eighths of an inch.Our USB to micro USB cord is about eight and a half inches long.At the very longest, And I have this measured out from the end of where you would plug this in to the end of where you'd plug the other end in, it's about nine inches if I really stretch it out, but I'd say eight and a half inches, it's going to be more the usable length.Again, Battery is going to have a life of 16.28 Watts, 3.7 volts, 400 or 4,400 million lithium ion battery, the outputs at five Watts and one amp.So that's going to be the output of this port here.The input is a five volts, one amp port.It does come in white and that's going to do it for our look at these Scosche GoBat 4400 Portable Backup Battery with Emergency Flashlight. more

Now, Performance Tools has provided us with an excellent, combat convenient solution that can be stored in any vehicle. It's going to be our 600 Peak AMP Jump Start Pack, and also accessory charger, so this is going to take care of jump starting vehicles, but also charging up phones, tablets and what have you. You can see it's a nice, small, compact unit. You've got a flashlight on it, got a one AMP USB charger, a 2.1 AMP USB charger, so that's going to take care of both the slower and faster sets.
