Aries Big Step Nerf Bars Installation - 2017 Ford F-150- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Ford F150, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Aries Big Step Nerf Bars, part number AAAL233043.So here's what our Aries Big Step Nerf Bars look like once we have 'em installed on our F150. The long pad here is gonna make sure that we have a secure footing when we're getting in our truck, or when we're getting out. It's gonna measure a total about 23 and 1/2 inches long and four inches wide. The tread design on our step is gonna make sure that we aren't slipping even in wet conditions, and the material it's made out of is gonna make sure that it's not gonna fade or crack over time. The bars themselves are gonna be a round design, they're gonna be four inches in diameter, and they are gonna be made of aluminum with a nice powder coat finish tone, so they are gonna be rust resistant.Unlike a lot of tube steps, it's not just gonna be a simple black, it's gonna have this crackled look to it, giving it a rugged look.The ends of the bars are gonna curve in slightly, giving it that finished look to it, and the end caps are gonna be welded in place, so we won't have to worry about dirt or debris getting inside the tube.Our steps are gonna come with a custom installation kit for our F150, and it's not gonna require any kind of drilling, cutting, or anything like that.
