Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2008 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2008 Toyota Tundra we're doing a test fit of the Stromberg-Carlson 23 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is CC-100. Now this is designed to work with 2" hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Although it does have a high weight capacity, it is very lightweight so it's easy to maneuver and put into and take out of your hitch. The first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements. Starting off with our ground clearance, we're going to have about 14-1/2". Overall to our vehicle we're going to have about 29-3/4". more

MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2008 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2008 Toyota Tundra we're doing a test fit of the MaxxTow 48 by 21 cargo carrier. That part number is MT70422. Now this is designed to work with 2" hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Although it is very lightweight, it is easy to maneuver so you can easily lift it up, put it into your hitch, and take it out. First thing we're going to do is take a few measurements here. Starting off with our ground clearance we're going to have about 16". Overall to our vehicle we're adding about 29-1/2". more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2008 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2008 Toyota Tundra we're doing a test fit of the CURT folding 20 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is C18151. Now we already have this attached to our vehicle. It's designed to work with 2" hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. First thing we're going to do is take a few measurements here, starting off with our ground clearance. We're going to have about 16-1/2". Overall to our vehicle we're adding about 36". more

Today on our 2008 Toyota Tundra we're doing a test fit of the CURT 20 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is C18150. Now this is designed to work with 2" hitches only and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. The first thing we're going to do on here is take a few measurements. Starting off with our ground clearance, we're going to have about 19" of clearance down there. Overall to our vehicle we have about 30-1/2". Our closest point is going to be about 9-3/4". more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2008 Toyota Tundra C18110- Video
Today on our 2008 Toyota Tundra we're doing a test fit of the CURT 20 by 48 cargo carrier. That part number is C18110. Now this is designed to work with 1-1/4" and 2" hitches and has a weight capacity of 300 pounds. Although it does have a pretty high weight capacity, it is very lightweight so it's easy to insert and take out of your hitch. Now the first thing we're going to do with it installed is take a few measurements. Starting off with our ground clearance here, we're going to have about 19-1/4". Now that is because we have a raised shank in the back which is going to lift our carrier even higher than our hitch. more

Detail K2 20x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2008 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2008 Toyota Tundra, we'll be doing a test fit of the K2 Detail Cargo Carrier, this is going to be 20x60 inch. It's got a 2 inch shank for 2 inch hitches only and a 500 pound capacity. We'll go ahead and fit this onto our truck. This is going to be part number K2HCC602. There we go. Once you have your hitch pin and clip inserted we'll go ahead and get some measurements and just note for this application that your hitch pin and clip are not included and if you like to obtain on you can get it on our website part number PC3. Let's go ahead and get our closest measurement first which is going to be from our receiver to the basket right here at the top of the shank about 4 3/4 inches. more

Curt 19x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2008 Toyota Tundra- Video
Today on our 2008 Toyota Tundra, we will be doing a test fit of the 19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier. It's aluminium, with a 500 pound capacity, and a 2 inch shank. It's going to be part number C18100. Let's go ahead and fit it on to our truck. We'll go ahead and put in our hitch pin and clip. This Curt Cargo Carrier does not come with a hitch pin and clip, so if you'd like to obtain one, you can get it on our website, part number PC3. Insert your pin and clip and let's get some measurements. First measurement will be from the rack to our receiver, about 2 and 3/4 inches. more
