Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2006 Ford F150 we've got the Strongbird Carlson 23 by 60 cargo carrier on. We're going to do a test fit of it. This cargo carrier will carry up to 500 pounds and they designed it for use in 2 inch hitches. Part number on it is CC=100. Now I like how big the expanded steel here is on the floor, it gives a lot of large areas for mud, dirt, debris, stuff like that to fall down and out of the carrier. It's also going to have a raised edge all the way around the outside, it's about two and three quarters of an inch high. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2006 Ford F150, we've got the Curt 20x60 folding cargo carrier out, and we're test fitting it. This cargo carrier's designed for up to 500lbs. Also for use with 2" hitches. Part number on it is C18151. I like about the carrier is the heavy duty rugged feel of it. It just feels like a good solid carrier. more

Today on our 2006 F150, we've got the Curt 20 by 60 cargo carrier out and we're going to test fit it for you. Now this cargo carrier is designed to hold up to 500 pounds. Also for use with 2 inch hitches. Part number on it C18150. A couple of things that kind of set this carrier apart is going to be the raised edge around the outside. It's about 6 inches if I remember correctly, 5 1/2 inches. more

MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2006 F150, we're test fitting the MaxxHaul aluminum cargo carrier. Now, this is twenty-one inches by forty-one inches of usable space. It's been designed to carry up to five hundred pounds and also for use with two inch hitches. Part number on it is M70422. One thing that kind of stands out is going to be that flooring system. As you can see we have aluminum slats here. more

Lets Go Aero Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2006 Ford F150, we've got the Let's Go Aero Gear Cage out and we're going to test fit it. Now this is a 32 by 48 cargo carrier. It's been designed to carry up to 300 pounds and also for use with 2 inch hitches. Part number on it is HCR222. Now the thing that really stands out to me about the gear cage is going to be the solid floor. Now it's going to help to keep those smaller items or things that might have smaller pressure points, chairs, and things from going down through some of that expanded steel that we see on the other carriers. It also got a nice raised edge all the way around the outside, it's going to be 7 inches off of our platform height. more
