MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2007 Dodge Nitro- Video
Today on our 2007 Dodge Nitro, we're doing a test fit of the MaxxTow 48 by 21 Cargo Carrier. That part number is MT70422. Now, we already have this installed. Keep in mind this has a 500 pound weight capacity, and works with 2-inch hitches only. The first thing we're going to do with it on our vehicle is take a few measurements, starting off with our ground clearance. That's going to be about 14 3/4 inches. Overall to our vehicle, we're adding about 30 3/4 inches. more

Carpod Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2007 Dodge Nitro- Video
Today on this 2007 Dodge Nitro we're doing a test fit of the Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier. This is 23 by 47 has 450 pound weight capacity and works with 2 inch hitches only. The first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements. We're going to start off with our ground clearance. Just underneath our carrier we're going to have about 20 3/4 inches. Overall to our vehicle we're adding about 36 3/4 inches. Our closest point is going to be about 8 inches. On our Nitro we do have a single passenger side exhaust here. more

Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2007 Dodge Nitro- Video
Today on our 2007 Dodge Nitro, we're doing a test fit of Stromberg Carlson 23 by 60 Cargo Carrier. That part number is CC-100. This has a 500 pound weight capacity and works with 2 inch hitches only. The first thing I'm going to do is take a few measurements, starting off with our ground clearance. I'm going to go to the bottom of this bolt here. We have about 13 1/2 inches of clearance. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2007 Dodge Nitro- Video
Today, on our 2007 Dodge Nitro, we're doing a test fit of Curt Folding 20 X 60 Cargo Carrier. That part number is C18151. This has a 500 pound weight capacity and works with 2" hitches. The first thing we're going to do here is take a few measurements, starting off with our ground clearance. It's going to be about 15 1/4" there. Overall, to our vehicle, we're adding about 36". Our closest point's going to be about 15" away. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2007 Dodge Nitro C18150- Video
Today on our 2007 Dodge Nitro we're doing a test fit of the Curt 20x60 Cargo Carrier. That part number is C18150. This has a weight capacity of 500 pounds and works with 2-inch hitches only. The first thing we're going to do while it's on our vehicle is take a few measurements. We're going to start off with our ground clearance. It's going to be about 17 1/2 inches, since we do have that raised shank in the back to lift our carrier even higher than our hitch. Overall to our our vehicle, we're adding about 30 1/2 inches, and our closest point is going to be about 9 1/2 inches there. Now with our Nitro we do have a single passenger side exhaust. more
