So this is going to be a really good entry level rack to get a lot of different features. We are going to be able to put two bikes to and from our destination and we will be able to tilt with the bikes installed. There's a little lever on the back that we just got to lift up on. more

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 Volvo XC40- Video
Ryan: How's it going Ryan here at etrailer.com. Today on our 2019 Volvo XC40 we're going to be taking a look at the Thule Helium Pro 2 bike rack. Now my personal favorite thing about this rack is that it's made from aluminum, so not only is it going to resist rust and corrosion, it's going to be incredibly lightweight and easy to handle. To give you an example, whenever we're not using it and we need to hook to a trailer, carry a cargo carrier, or just go for a little cleaner look, can easily take it off. And since it is compact, if you need to just put it in the back of your Volvo, you can do that, won't take up a whole lot of room.The rack is going to hold our bike down in three spots. We're going to have two straps here on the top tube and a third strap down here. more

This is a platform style rack that's going to inaudible 00:00:13 load up and two bikes and get them to and from your destination. What's really cool about this bike rack is that while it will hold your standard road mountain bikes, anything like that, it's also going to be approved to hold e-bikes and fat tire bikes up to 60 pounds or even if you have a electric fat tire bike. more

Saris Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2019 Volvo XC40- Video
Colin: Hey everyone, Colin here at etrailer. Today we have a 2019 Volvo XC40, and we're going to do a test that the Saris Glide EX 2-Bike Rack. This is a hanging style bike rack that's going to allow you to load up to two bikes to and from your destination.Now what's really cool about this bike rack is that it can actually tilt away from the vehicle while bikes are loaded. That's not a common thing you see among hanging style racks. What we're going to do is pull the trigger right here, just tilt it away, you can see the arms kind of tilt up to accommodate for the bike. From there it's very easy to open up our trunk, there's plenty of clearance between the hatch and our bike. more

This is a hanging style bike rack that is going to allow you to carry up to three bikes to and from your destination.This is kind of, be a more entry level bike rack. It is going to do a great job of securing your three bikes and getting them from point A to point B. It just may not have as many features as some other ones out there. However, it will still do a great job.It's going to hold your bikes at two different points. more
