Yakima HoldUp Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Toyota 4Runner- Video
Today in our 2016 Toyota Four Runner we're doing a test fit of the Yakima Hold-up Platform Style Two Bike Rack. That part number is Y02443. We already have our bike secured down, we're first going to show you one of the key features of this rack. We're going to come to the back here and lift up slightly, and we'll be able to pull on our red pin and tilt our bike rack away from our vehicle, with our bikes fully loaded. Now unfortunately, with how long our door is and how close our bike rack is to our vehicle, we're not going to have full access into our back hatch area, but we will have a good amount of access where if we had somebody else hold the door, we can still get stuff in and out if we need to. We'll close that up. Then to put our bike rack back into place, we'll simply lift up until it clicks. As for how our bike rack is secured down here at the back we have a rack string strap, we're just going to pull up on the red button, and then it actually wraps it down using the black portion here. We'll release that just like so. Then at the front we have a wheel hook, which sits either in front of our brakes or in front of our frame, depending on how our bike is made. more

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Toyota 4Runner- Video
Today on our 2016 Toyota 4-Runner, we'll be doing a test fit on the Thule Vertex swinging, hanging-style 4-bike rack. That's part number TH9031XT. I've already got it loaded up on the 4-Runner just to give you good idea what it's going to look like and how it's going to hold our 4 bikes. Right away, I'd like to point out one of the best features. It has the ability to swing out away from our vehicle so we can have full access to our rear hatch. We'll start back here. Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Toyota 4Runner- Video
Today on our 2016 Toyota 4Runner, we're doing a test fit of the Swagman XC2 platform style 2-bike rack. That part number is S64650. Now, we already have our bike secured down. We're first going to show you how we do that. At the front and back tire, we have wheel cradles that are going to hold our bike into this position and it's going to help prevent those tires from spinning. We also have a frame hook that holds our bike down into our wheel cradles and secures them in place. more
