Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Kia Sedona- Video
Today on our 2016 Kia Sedona we're doing a test fit of the Swagman Trailhead hanging style 4 bike rack. The part number for that is S63380. We've already got our bike on our rack. We're first going to show you how that is connected down. We've got two cradles holding it in place with four straps, three on the frame, and then one is our anti-sway strap in the back here. That's going to prevent the bike from swinging back and forth too much and possibly damaging your vehicle. To release those we're just going to pull down and lift up. more

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Kia Sedona- Video
Today on our 2016 Kia Sedona we're going a test fit of the Thule Vertex Swing Away style four bike rack. That part number is TH9031XT. Now we already have our bike on the rack. First thing I'm going to show you is the swing away feature and then we'll go over how the bike is strapped down and some additional features as well. We're going to come around here to the back side of the rack, first thing we're going to want to do is pull out this T-pin here and just set that off to the side. Come down to this knob at the bottom and we're just going to undo it until it's completely loose and it just hangs down. more

Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Kia Sedona TH9029XT- Video
Today on our 2016 Kia Sedona we're doing a test fit of the Thule Vertex hanging-style 4-bike rack. That part number is TH9029XT. Now a great feature of this is that it does work with 1-1/4" and 2" hitches. We've already got out bike loaded up so we'll go over how that's strapped down and then we'll go over some additional features as well. First thing we see here is that we have two cradles holding our bike down with three straps, two on our frame and then the one down here is our anti-sway strap. That's going to keep a lot of the shake and play out of the bike as you're heading down the road, so you're not going to have it swing and possibly hit your vehicle or damage anything. To release those we're just going to pull down and lift up. more

We've got 2 cradles holding our bike down and then 3 straps, 2 on our frame and then one as our anti-sway strap in the back. Today on our 2016 Kia Sedona we're doing a test fit of the Swagman Dispatch Platform Style 2-Bike Rack. That part number is S64684. We already have our bike on the rack. We're first going to show you how we strap that down then we'll go over some features of the rack itself. At both our front and back tire we've got wheel cradles holding that in. We also got a regular ratcheting strap that you'll see on most of your bike racks. It also has a bushing on there to help fit different types of bikes that you have, so if you smaller tires like we do here that'll fit those perfectly, and then if you have larger tires you can easily just flip those over. To release those we're just going to push down and lift up. more

Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Kia Sedona- Video
Today, on our 2016 Kia Sedona, we're doing a test fit of the Kuat Transfer Platform Style 3-Bike Rack. That part number is TS03G. Now, this bike rack is designed to work with 1-1/4 inch and 2-inch hitches, and the first thing I want to show you on this is the tilt-away feature because with our platform style here, we can tilt-away our bike rack with our bike still on there. I'm just going to move these wheel hooks out of the way and hang onto them to be able to tilt the bike rack down. I'll push on this pedal with my foot and tilt that away. Now, with our bike in this position, we can open up our hatch. One thing I do want you to note is that with this bike we do have to move our handle bars out of the way just a little bit before they make contact there, so what I'm going to do is push the bike a bit, and we can clear that hatch there. more

With our bike, we've got two cradles holding it in place and then three straps, two on our frame here and then one as our anti-sway strap from the back. To remove those, we're just going to pull down and lift up. We'll save this anti-sway strap for last. more

Today on our 2016 Kia Sedona we're doing a test fit of the Yakima Full Tilt Hanging Style 4 bike rack. That part number is Y02462. We already have our bike on the rack. We're first going to show you how we strap that down and then we'll go over some features of the rack itself. We have 2 cradles holding down the bike, and then 3 straps, 2 on the frame here and then 1 as out anti-sway strap here in the back. It's going to keep that bike from shaking back and forth, or swaying, and possibly damaging your vehicle. To release those we're just going to push down on the gray levers on either side and lift our straps out. more
