Today on our 2010 Honda Accord, we'll be testing the Thule Hitching Post Pro four bike rack for inch and a quarter and two inch hitches. Part number TH934XTR. To begin our test fit we'll slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch. Line up the pin hole and thread in our anti-rattle bolt. Tightening it with a wrench. Now we'll go over a few clearance measurements. more

Kuat Beta Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2010 Honda Accord

Today on our 2010 Honda Accord, we'll be test fitting the Kuac Beta Folding Two Bike Rack, part number B202-114. To begin our test fit, we'll slide the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch, line up the pin hole, and install our pin in lock. Here at the rear of the shank, we'll tighten the hand knob to secure our bike rack to our vehicle and engage our anti-rattle device. Now we'll go over a fewclearance measurements. We have about twelve inches of ground clearance. The closest point of the bike rack to the rear of our Accord is about five and a half inches. We've added about fourteen inches to the overall length of our Honda. As you can see we can open the trunk without having to tilt away our bike rack. If we would like to tilt the rack away from our vehicle, we can pull the safety pin at the base of our carrier and allow it to tilt away. Put the mast back in its upright position and the pin ring installed, we can pull the pin at the top of the mast to swing out the dual arms. more

Today on this 2010 Honda Accord well be test fitting the Thule Vertex Hitch Mounted Bike Carrier part number TH9029. To mount this carrier into our vehicle, well insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch, well line up our hitch pinholes, thread in our anti-rattle bolt and tighten it down using a wrench. Next well go over some clearance measurements. Weve got about 9 inches of ground clearance from the bottom of the bike rack to the ground. We got 2 inches of clearance between the closest part of the vehicle and the closest part of the carrier. Overall, weve added about 13 inches of additional length to the rear of the vehicle when the carrier arms are folded down. more

All right, today on this 2010 Honda Accord, we're going to do a test fit of part number S63410 from Swagman. This is their Titan Bicycle Rack. A few things to know about this bike rack that it will work with 1-1/4-inch receiver hitches both class 1 and class 2. This will also work with 2-inch receiver hitches with the included spacers. One other thing to remember also is that when you use this bicycle rack with a class 1 receiver hitch, you're limited to carrying just two bicycles and that's what we'll be working with today. We'll start off our test fit by installing the bike rack into the hitch. more

Today on our 2010 Honda Accord well be test fitting the Sportrack 2 Hitch Mounted Bike Carrier part number A30901. To mount the carrier to our vehicle, well insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch, well line up our hitch pinhole then thread in our anti-rattle bolt. Well tighten it down using our wrench and move on to take some clearance measurements. We got about 10 inches of clearance from the bottom of the bike rack to the ground. We have 7 inches of clearance between the closest part of the bike rack and the closest part of the vehicle. Overall, weve added about 24 inches of additional length to the rear of the vehicle. more

Today, we're working with a 2010 Honda Accord and we're going to be test fitting the Pro Series Q Slot Platform Style Bike Carrier, part number PS63134. To mount the carrier to our vehicle, we'll insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch. We'll line up the hitch pin holes, feed in our pin and secure it with a clip on the other side. Next, we'll go over some clearance measurements. We've got about 10 inches of clearance from the ground to the bottom of the bike rack. We've got about 8-1/2 inches of clearance between the closest part of the carrier and the closest part of the vehicle. more

Kuat Sherpa Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2010 Honda Accord

Today on this 2010 Honda Accord, were going to do a test fit of part number S102. This is the Sherpa Bicycle rack from Kuat. A few things to know about this bicycle rack is that it will work with 1 receiver hitches both class one and class two and this will also work with 2-inch receiver hitch with the included spacer. Today well be working with the class 1 receiver hitch. Well start off our test fit by installing the bike rack into the hitch and then well go ahead and install the pin and the lock, then well go ahead and tighten the anti-rattle knob, then well go ahead and get some clearance measurements. With the bike rack folded up, this closest point to the bumper will be 1 inches. more
