Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Suburban, we'll be doing the test fit of the Thule Vertex 4 Bike Rack, part number TH9029XT. This is equipped for one and a quarter and two inch hitches we already have it on our vehicle. Let's show you a few features as we see. First feature I'd like to show you are the three straps holding down your bike. We have two straps on top, the strap in the side which we call an anti-sway strap. Now how will we do it We'll go by unloading it backwards, taking the two straps off the top, taking the anti-sway strap off, and we're removing our bike. Now I'll set this to the side. more

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Suburban, we're going to test it on the Swagman XC platform style 2-bike rack that is equipped with 1 1/4 and 2 inch hitches. The part number is S64650. SportRack Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Chevrolet Suburban- Video
Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Suburban we'll be doing a test fit of the Sports Rack Ridge Swing Away 4 bike rack, that part number is SR2415. We already have the bike rack on that vehicle and a bike on the bike rack. First we'd like to how you the swing away mode here. So, by releasing this black knob here and backing our way out, pulling the T-clip here, pulling this T-pin out here, pull out. Pull out far enough and turn our bike until it locks. Keep swinging it around. Take our T-pin insert here, and there we go. more

This is for 2 inch hitches only, and you see that we already have our bike on the rack, and on the vehicle. Show you a few features here. What we have here's our mast with our frame hooks, that holds up the bike here. We have two straps that hold down the wheels with a nice little bushing, so it doesn't damage your spokes or anything. more

What we have is the frame hook which holds down our front tire. Go to the back, we have a zip strap that holds down a tire with a nice little rubber bushing so it won't damage your tire or your spokes. more

This can be used for either inch and a quarter or two inch hitches. What we'll do is, we'll start by inserting our shank into our receiver until our pin holes line up. Once we get those lined up, we'll take our included anti-rattle bolt and lock and start feeding that through. Once we get that hand tight, we'll finish that the rest of the way down with our wrench. By tightening this, it's going to help reduce any play or wobble within the hitch and our bike rack, as you can see there. more
