Alright today on this 2010 Chevy Aveo were going to do a test fit of part number rg8015220 from Rhode Gear this is their Highway 2 Bike Carrier. One note of this bike carrier this will work with class one and class two receiver hitches. We will be using a class one receiver hitch here. This will also work with 2 receiver hitches with the included bushing. We will start off installing the bike rack into the hitch, well tighten down the anti rattle bolt and put the clip on the other end, and well need a wrench to tighten it down. Okay next will give you some measurements that will give you an idea of clearance between the bicycle rack and the car and the bicycle rack and the ground. more

One quick note, this bike rack will work with 1-1/4 hitches class one and class 2, and also will work with 2 receiver hitches with the included bushing. Well start off by installing the bike rack into the hitch. We will tighten down the anti rattle bolt and put the clip on the other end. We will use a wrench to tighten it down. Alright today on this 2010 Chevy Aveo we are going to do test fits apart number th990xt from Thule, the Thule double track platform bike carrier. A quick note about this bike carrier is that it will work with class one and class two receiver hitcher, we will be using a class one hitch on this one today it will also work a two hitch receiver hitch with the included bushing. Well start off by installing the bicycle rack into the hitch; well tighten down the anti-rattle bolt and then put the lock on the other side of the bolt. Now a bicycle rack does come with the tools to help tighten down the bolt, however a three quarter inch wrench will work just as well. Alright next well give you some measurements that you can id with clearance between the bicycle rack and the car, and the bicycle rack and the ground. At its closets point from the rear well and the trunk were looking at about 3-1/2 inches, and ground clearance will be ten inches. more
