Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on this 2012 Buick Enclave we're going to be test fitting the Swagman Dispatch 2 bike platform rack, part number S64684. We already have a bike installed on the rack, let's go and take a closer look and show off some of the features. Now how this bike attaches to the rack, there's 3 points of contact. We're going to have this padded frame hook up at the top and that's to make sure your bike doesn't get scratched once it's installed. We also have these wheel cradles here with these straps and that's to keep those in place. They also are adjustable to accommodate different sized bikes. This bike rack also has a nice high clearance here so for those vehicles where the hitch sits lower to the ground, you're going to have the issue between the back rack and the ground. Let's go ahead and take the bike off and set it aside. First, we'll go ahead and loosen up the straps on the side here by pushing in the tab at the top, loosening them up. Now before we release the frame hook you want to make sure you're holding onto the bike so it doesn't going falling into the vehicle once you release it. more

Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2012 Buick Enclave, we're going to be test fitting the Kuat NV 2.0 bike rack. Part number NV 22G. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go ahead and take closer look and show off some of the features. The most prominent feature of this bike rack, is the fact that it can tilt away from the vehicle with the bike still attached, so you can get to the rear hatch. To do that, we have this lever at the front. You just pull towards you while holding on to the bike rack, and let it come down. more

Today on our 2012 Buick Enclave, we're going to be test fitting the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack, part number S64650. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. How this bike actually attaches to the rack, we're going to have 1 point of contact, and that's going to be the frame hook up at the top here, which is padded so your bike will not get scratched once it's installed. We also have these adjusting wheel cradles on either side. This is going to be able to adjust your wheel cradles to accommodate different size bikes and different style bikes. It also has this nice raised shank here, so when you have hitches that sit a little bit low to the ground you're not going to have a clearance issue between the bike rack and the ground. Let's go ahead and take the bike off and set it aside. You always want to hold onto the bike once you release the frame hook because you don't want it falling into the vehicle. more

Thule Helium Aero Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2012 Buick Enclave, we're going to test-fit the Thule Helium Aero. This is a folding and tilting two-bike rack. It's been designed for use in 1.25-inch and 2-inch style of hitch. Its part number is TH9042. To begin our test-fit, we're going to slide the shank of the rack right under the receiver tube of our hitch. As we do this, we'll hold out on the black pin that's attached to the side. Once we have our pin holes lined up, we'll allow that pin to fall into that hole. Well then tighten down the black knob. more

Yakima SwingDaddy 4 Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2012 Buick Enclave we will be test fitting the Yakima Swingdaddy4 bike bike rack part no. Y02422. We will begin our test fit by inserting the bike rack shank into the hitch. We will line up the hitch pin hole and insert and tighten down our anti-retal bolt. We will then give you a few measurements. We have 20 inches of ground clearance with this bike rack and it is 3 inches from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle. more

Yakima Holdup Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2012 Buick Enclave we will be test fitting part no. Y02433, the Yakima Holdup2 hitch mounted wheel mount cradles for 2 inch hitches. We will being by inserting the bike rack shank into the hitch. We will line up our hitch pin hole and insert our anti-retal bolt. We will then tighten it down with a wrench. After putting our safety pin in the other side of the anti-retal bolt our bike rack is secured to the vehicle and we can load up our bike. more

Today on our 2012 Buick Enclave we will be test fitting the Yakima Doubledown 5 bike hitch mounted bike rack part no. Y02425. To begin our test fit, we will insert the bike rack into the hitch line up the hitch pin hole and insert our anti-retal bolt. We can then tighten it down with a wrench. We will now go ahead and give you a few measurement. the ground clearance with this bike rack is 16 and 3/4 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 6 inches. more

Today on our 2012 buick enclave we'll be test fitting the Thule vertex 4 bike carrier part no. TH9029. A quick note about this carrer, it will fit both inch and 1/4 and 2 inch hitches class 1 through class 3 although when using with a class 1 hitch you are limited to 2 bikes. Our vehilce is equipped with the 2 inch hitch so we're ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. We will simply slide the bike rack shank into the hitch. Thule Parkway 2 Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2012 Buick Enclave we will be test fitting the Thule Parkway 2 bike carrier part no. TH958. We'll simply install the bike rack shank into the hitch, we'll line up the hitch pin hole and insert our anti-retal bolt where we can then tighten it down with the ranch. With the bolt tight, our bike rack is secured to the vehicle and we'll go ahead and give you a few measurements. Our ground clearance with this bike rack is 17 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack to the bumper is about half an inch. We'll now go ahead and attempt to gain cargo access, we'll remove the pin and lain here and fold the bike rack down, we can then open the cargo door and as you can see we can gain full cargo access with this bike rack. more

Thule Doubletrack Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2012 Buick Enclave we will be test fitting the Thule double track platform style bike carrier part no. TH990XT. This bike carrier can be used with both inch and 1/4 and 2 inch hitches class 1 through class 3. To begin our test fit we will insert the bike rack shank into the hitch line up the hitch pin hole and install our anti-retal bolt and that will secure our bike rack to the vehicle we can give you a few measurements. There are 16 and 1/2 inches of ground clearance with this bike rack and it is 3 and 1/2 inches from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle in the stored position. There is 27 inches of overall length added to the vehicle with the platform down. more

Thule Apex 4 Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Today or our 2012 Buick Enclave, we'll be test fitting part no TH9025 the Thule Apex 4 bike carrier. A quick note on this bike rack, it will fit both inch and 1/4 or with the included adaptor a 2 inch hitch class 1 through class 3. However if using it in a class 1 hitch you are limited to 2 bikes. We begin our test fit by installing the bike rack shank into the hitch. We will pull our intergrated locking hitch pin and as we slide the shank into the hitch the pin will slide in place. We can then tighten down the anti-retal knob to secure it to the vehicle. more

Swagman Titan Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2012 Buick enclave we'll test fitting part no. S63410 the Swagman Titan4 bike carrier for both inch and 1/4 and 2 inch hitches. With our vehicle equiped with the 2 inch hitch we've preassembled our bike rack using the included spacer block and we're ready to fit it to the vehicle. We will simply slide the bike rack shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole and insert our anti-retal bolt and tighten it down with the wrench. We will then put the safety pin on the other side of the anti-retal bolt which will secure our bike rack to the vehicle and then we will go ahead and give you some measurements. Our ground clearance with this bike rack is 19 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 7 inches. more

SportRack Evader Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Todayd on our 2012 Buikc Enclave we will be test fitting the sportrack Evader 3 bike carrier part no. A30403XT. Quick not on this bike rack, it will fit both inch and 1/4 and 2 inch hitches using the included space block. Our vehicle is equiped with the 2 inch hitch so with our spacer block installed we're ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle We will begin by sliding the bike rack shank into the hitch, we will line the hitch pin hole and install our anti retal bolt. We can then tighten it down with a wrench. With our anti retal bolt tight, we will install the safety pin on the other side, this will secure the bike rack to the vehicle. more

To begin our test fit we will simply install the bike rack shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole and insert the anti retal bolt. We can then tighten it down with a wrench which will secure our bike rack to the vehicle and we can go ahead and give you some measurements. Today on our 2012 Buick Enclave, we will be test fitting part number A30901. The SportRack 2 bike hitch mounted bike rack for both 1-1/4 and 2 inch hitches. Now our vehicle is equipped with the 2 inch hitch so we're ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle using the included spacer block. We will simply insert the bike rack shank into the hitch. We will line up the hitch pin hole and insert our anti-rattle bolt. more
