Now not only does this give your truck a much more tough look, but it's also gonna serve for a lot of different protection reasons. And a lot of that comes down to the fact that not only do you have these solid two-inch diameter bars, so if you ever hit a deer or any animal that might be out in your area, it prevents an accident on your vehicle and having to take it to a body shop or causing any damage. Today in our 2017 Ram 1500 we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Aries Pro Series bull bar with removable skid plate, part number AAP35-5005. So here's what our bull bar looks like once we have it installed. This is going to help protect the front of our vehicle against dents and scratches. And as you can see, the front of our Ram already has a little bit of damage, and that's why our customer thought it'd be a good idea to prevent any more from happening and get the bull bar installed. Our bull bar is also going to have this skid plate under here. It's going to made out of a stainless steel construction, and that's going to help prevent any kind of loose debris, gravel, brush, or any small things coming up and hitting the front of our truck. more

Now these are gonna be available in a lot of different applications, so make sure you check etrailers fit guide for your specific need.So if you're looking to add a bull bar to the front of your vehicle, you are gonna have a lot of different options, especially when it comes into a design that has that three inch tubing because it is gonna be an industry standard design. But what's really gonna set our Aries apart is the fact that it's gonna have that removable stainless steel skid plate, and we're gonna have those integrated, pre-drilled mounting holes. Today on our 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac we're going to take a look at and also show you how to install the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard. This one-piece grille guard offers a black powder coating on a steel frame. The Part Number is 40-0805. This is a very rugged brush guard. It gives a superior protection. It's going to protect from dents on maybe our bumper or our hood, our grill, our headlight areas, just to give us superior protection whether it's from brush that may come up and rub our vehicle while we're offroad or other hazards that we can sometimes find running across the road. Pilot Bully NR Series Bull Bar Installation - 1995 Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup- Video
Today on our 1995 Chevy CK Series we're going to install the Pilot Bully NR-Series stainless steel 3" bull bar, part number NR-101. Now here's what our bully bar's going to look like once it's installed. The bully bar is constructed with a mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing with a mirrored polish bar and plate, offering a seamless weld construction. It's a heavy duty 3" diameter stainless steel tubing. Additionally, the bottom mirrored plate is removable. Here in the crosstube there are two plugs. more

Westin Sportsman Grille Guard Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2006 Ford F-150 4WD, we'll be installing the Westin Grille Guard part number 40-2015. Note the install for this application will be similar to a 2WD but we'll be following the 4WD install procedures. To begin we'll need to remove the manufacturer's tow hook. There's two. One on each side and each one is held in with two fasteners. We'll remove the fasteners and the tow hooks. Now after we remove the tow hook and fasteners, we'll go ahead and pull the old nut plate out of the frame that held the fasteners tight. more

Westin Off-Road Driving Lights Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2006 Ford F-150, we'll be installing the Westin Off Road Driving Lights, part number 09-0505. We're going to mount these on the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard that has already been installed on the truck. To begin our install, our grille guard has mounting points for the lights already. We'll go ahead and locate the attachment points and remove the rubber plugs. Now to secure the light to the bar, the stud will go down through the light bar, then we'll install a flat washer, a split lock washer and secure with a nut. Let's go ahead and set out light in place and then we'll install our hardware. There's our flat washer, our split lock washer and then the nut. With our hardware finger tight, we'll make any necessary adjustments to the light and then tighten it down. more

Westin HDX Grille Guard Installation - 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video
Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Crew Cab, we're going to be installing the Westin HDX Grille Guard with the Punch Plate made out of black powder-coated steel. Part number 57-3615. We're first going to begin here underneath the vehicle, we're going to be starting over here on the driver side, we're going to need to remove a bolt, it's this bolt right here, that runs horizontally through the frame and through the tow hook. On this side there is a nut, we'll go ahead and take that out. We'll go ahead and repeat the same process over here on the passenger side. Next we're going to go ahead and just loosen the bottom bolt for each of the two tow hooks. Next we're going to come under here underneath the hood, we're going to need to remove this plastic cover to gain access down behind the grille. Now there's multiple fasteners that we'll need to remove. more

Westin Safari Light Bar Installation - 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee- Video
Today on our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee well be installing the Westin Safari Light Bar with installation kit part number 30-0005-1135. To begin our installation well need to remove the black plastic cover that covers the sway bar here. There are four fasteners holding it in place. Well remove the fasteners and set them off to the side with the cover as we will not be reinstalling it. Now, the holes where the fasteners came out of are actually threaded and they are the holes that we will mount our brackets to, to hold our bar in place. At this point well go ahead and clean the threads out of the ball holes here using a brass penetrant and the nylon tube brush part number 814092. more

Westin Driving Lights Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today in our 2006 Ford F150, we'll be installing the Westin driving lights. Part number 09-0205. On this vehicle we'll be installing the lights onto the Western light bar, part number 37-02015. We'll be installing four lights in total. Let's go ahead and mount our lights first. To mount the light, we'll simply remove the nut and lock washer, install the light on the light bar and then reinstall the lock washer and then the nut and then tighten them down. more

Westin Off-Road Light Bar Installation - 2006 Ford F-150- Video
Today on our 2006 Ford F150 well be installing the Westin Light Bar, part number 37-02015. Since this vehicle is equipped with manufacture tow hooks, well need to remove those first. As per the instructions, we can reuse the manufacturers hardware. Well go ahead and remove the two tow hooks. There are two fasteners for each tow hook. Note, the fastener secured to a nut plate in the frame. more

Westin Sportsman Grille Guard Installation - 2010 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today in this 2012 Chevrolet Silverado, we're going to install part number 45-2310 from Westin. This is their bull bar. First step is to go ahead and open the hood and remove the radiator cover to gain access to the factory gill shell. We'll have to remove eight small push pins. Now, we'll go ahead and remove the four bolts from the grill shell. Now, we can go ahead and remove the grill. more

Bestop HighRock Bumper Installation - 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited- Video
Today on our 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, we're going to be installing the Bestop HighRock Narrow Front Bumper, part number B4293301. This will be in conjunction with the Bestop Tubular Grille Guard, part number B4291501. Our first step is going to be removing the lower rock guard. As you removed the lower rock guard, there will be a total of six fasteners. These are screw-in pushpin fasteners. We'll need to screw out the center of the fastener and then remove the pushpin part. more
