So guys, this is gonna be a really easy way to go ahead and start securing your gooseneck couplers. Now with any lock, there's always the case of people getting at it, however, this guy is pretty well constructed here. Really like the design of it, it's a sturdy steel construction so you know it's gonna be holding up well. To that end though, I might seeing us need to service this just a little bit, it doesn't say anything about stainless on here. Now, this guy looks stainless to me here on the end. more

InfiniteRule Gen-Y Gooseneck Coupler Hitch Lock Review- Video
Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for Gen-Y Gooseneck Couplers for four inch round tube. Now, as you guys can see here today, we don't actually have a way of securing our coupler right now, and if anybody wanted to, all they had to do, back off these bolts, make them walk themselves away with a really nice Pegasus coupler. So we really don't want that to happen, we wanna go ahead and secure it, and the InfiniteRule is gonna allow you to do that. Now, this stainless steel construction is gonna be great, you're gonna know it's gonna be lasting it for you for a long time, it's gonna be resistant to that corrosion, which is actually kind of a big thing, if you guys can see right here on the inside, we just have a little natural corrosion, 'cause this is on the outside all the time in the weather, so you're gonna have a little rust trip. that's gonna happen on it, nice that this is gonna be resisting that, and that rust that's gonna be coming from our other mechanisms, isn't gonna be spreading on our hitch lock. more

Now, this is a nice tamper-resistant, sturdy stainless steel lock that'll help prevent trailer theft by preventing hookup of the gooseneck coupler. Basically, this lock will insert through the hole that's in the sliding plate of the coupler and prevents the coupler from connecting to a gooseneck ball. So, this does prevent would be thieves from hitching your trailer to their tow vehicle. more

How this coupler lock is designed to prevent theft of your gooseneck trailer that has an adjustable coupler. Now, the lock itself will include this bracket or cover and includes this three quarter inch diameter steel pin, a spacer, a large flat washer, which I've already pre-installed onto the set screw. more

Jeff: Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this Gen-Y Manual Latch Gooseneck Coupler Lock with a 30,000 pound weight capacity. Now you can use this lock on your Gen-Y Gooseneck Coupler or on another manual latching coupler to prevent totally theft of your gooseneck trailer. The sturdy bracket fits around the coupler base to prevent hookup and it secures to the coupler with this nice strong steel locking pin you can see right here. That locking pin diameter is five eighths of an inch. This is a heavy duty steel construction, has a nice zinc primer and then a powder coat finish to resist corrosion. more

Today, we'll be taking a quick look at the Blaylock EZ Lock Gooseneck Coupler Lock Combo. This is going to give you some extra peace of mind to keep your coupler and your trailers safe whenever you have to store it for long periods of time or if you're just in a high traffic or high crime area, and you just don't want that trailer to go missing on you.We'll get our coupler lock itself. So there's going to be this cast aluminum piece going around that coupler. It has a steel pin going across, and then that's locked by our padlock here. And then up at the top with our column pin or our set screw there. It's also going to have another coupler lock and another padlock as well to keep all that secured.Now, some questions that customers have are, "Can you get those padlocks keyed alike" And you can order them to be keyed alike so you really only need one set of keys to unlock both. more

Randy: Hey guys, Randy here at strailer.com. Today we're taking a look at a gooseneck coupler and set bolt lock kit. This is from Blaylock, it's called the Ez Lock. And it really is an excellent solution that's really easy to use.This setup's going to alleviate the problems that we have with trailers disappearing. Completely locks out the coupler, so it cannot be attached to, and then by adding the set bolt lock as well, nobody can remove your coupler.I highly recommend using these as a kit, because we could lock this, but in this particular setup, with an inch and an eighth wrench, I could take this coupler out. I can then put in my own coupler, and head down the road. more

Master Lock Universal Heavy-Duty Coupler Lock Installation- Video
Alright today on this Gooseneck Trailer were going to do a test fit of part number 2989at from Master Lock, this is their universal heavy duty coupler lock. This lock will work on the Gooseneck Trailer as shown here and also on the fifth wheel. The lock comes packaged with the adapter for the fifth wheel in place, but we dont need that for our Goosenecks, were just going to take it and slide it out and remove it. Take the lock, this half will go up over the latch, just slide it up over the top of it, and the other half will slide over the other side. Basically squeeze it together, and we will take the key on the side and lock it. In a couple of steps our lock is already installed on the cup link. more

Blaylock Gooseneck Trailer Coupler Lock Review- Video
Alright today we are going to test fit part number eztl50-40d from Baylock. This is their TL50 Gooseneck Coupler Lock. A couple quick notes about this. Its built from heavy duty aircraft aluminum, and a locking pin is created from steel. You can see here that we have a Bull Dog style brand coupler, but this will fit a variety of different brands. Basically how it works is the lock slides over the latch and the pin goes through the other side. more
