Today on our 2012 Chevy Silverado, we're gonna be taking a look at the WeatherTech custom fit front floor mat. So right now we have them on the truck and the nice thing about these is, it's going to be a custom fit for your vehicle. So it's not just going to contain all that water, it's also just going to kind of custom mold all your custom trim that you have in your vehicle. So if you're wanting something that basically looks OEM but it ain't, this is going to be the way to go. Like I said, this is my favorite format, just because of the custom fit, it's gonna keep all that water contents in, and it just looks really really nice. What sets us apart from some of the other formats that you may see is it is a one-piece system. more

Best 2012 Chevrolet Silverado Floor Mats- Video
Today on our 2012 Chevrolet Silverado we're going to be taking a look at the best floor mat options available for our front row. The three floor mats we'll be taking a look at the today are, one, the WeatherTech floor liners, the Husky Liner WeatherBeaters, and finally the Husky Liner Classic floor liner. All three sets are available in either black, gray, or tan to match the interior of your Silverado. Like all of our floor mats, the WeatherTechs are custom designed to fit the interior of your Silverado. Both our passenger and our driver side have a large raised containment wall that's going to run deep underneath our dash, underneath our pedals. This is going to prevent messes from spilling out onto our carpet. The whole mat is treaded for grip. more

Husky Liners X-Act Contour Rear Floor Liners Review - 2012 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on our 2012 Chevy Silverado, we'll be installing the Husky Liner Exec Contour Custom Auto Floor Liner, part number HL53201, black in color. With this application, there is no old or manufactured format to remove, so we can go ahead and install the Husky custom liner. Husky custom liners are custom molded, precisely fit the vehicle, and stay in place. The shape, channels and moldings all work to keep dirt and debris contained in the liner and off the carpeting. This particular liner is designed to fit both a rounded and squared center console. In order to fit around the console, we'd cut around the perforated edges that can be seen on the bottom side of the liner. The special stay-put nibs help it stay in place. With a raised outer edge, and coverage goes all the way up underneath the front row seating, and a one-piece liner that extends all the way from the driver to passenger side will really maximize for protection in keeping the dirt and debris contained in the liner and off the carpeting. One more great feature about the Husky floor liners: it's easy to install, and also easily removed, and cleaned and washed with soap and water. Today on our 2012 Chevy Silverado well be installing the Husky exec contour custom auto floor liners part #: HL53101 black in color. The Husky liners are custom fit to precisely fit the vehicle and stay in place. The shape, channels and moldings all work to keep dirt and debris contained in the liner and off of the carpeting. The exec contour and custom fit will mold to the vehicles floorboard and wrap around all the way up to the front edge of the front row seat tracking. With a raised outer edge, extension up underneath the gas and brake pedal and extended lip over the threshold will really provide maximum protection for the vehicles carpeting. The exec contouring along with the stay put nibs will ensure that the floor liner will stay in place. more

Today on this 2012 Chevrolet Silverado were going to do a test fit of part number WT440669 from Weathertech. This is our floor liner for the second row in the extended cab pickup truck. Were working with the black color today. This is also available as grey as part number WT460669 and tan as WT450669. A couple of notes about these floor liners that they are designed for the vehicle. The shape, the channels and molding all help to keep dirt and debris contained in the liner and not in your carpet. more

Today on this 2012 Chevy Silverado, we're going to be testing the WeatherTech floor liners in the second row, part number WT440660 black in color. First we'll go ahead and remove the old or manufactured floor mats. Now we're ready to install the WeatherTech floor liners. WeatherTech liners are custom molded precisely to fit the vehicle and stay in place. The shape, channels and moldings all work to keep dirt and debris contained in the liner and off the carpeting. With this application it will be necessary to cut around the pre-formed edge to fit around the consul. more

Husky Front and Rear Floor Liners Review - 2012 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on this 2012 Chevy Silverado were going to do a test fit of part number HL98211 from Husky Liner. This is the Weather Beater custom all floor mats front and rear. This is also available in tan as part number HL98213 and gray as part number HL98212. One thing about this test fit youll notice is that it binds up the center console. Now different trucks have different consoles in the back. In this case, the mat had cutout to match up to this particular console. more

Husky Front Center Hump Floor Liner Review - 2012 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on this 2012 Chevy Silverado, we're going to do a test fit of part number HL82281 from Husky Liners. This is their Center Hump Liner. You can see the center hump liner matches the contour of the floor board and it wraps all the way around to the edges on both sides. This design will work as an addition to the Husky Liner floor mats. The Husky Liner is custom molded to precisely fit the vehicle and stay in place. The shape, channels, and moldings all work to keep dirt and debris contained in the liner and not in your carpet. more

Now, this particular truck doesnt have the pin to keep the mat in place. However, WeatherTech did provide a device to replace that with. Basically, these lay your mat in place. Mark the center of it and you remove the mat, and then you take this. more

Today on this 2012 Chevy Silverado were going to be test fitting the Husky floor liners in the front and second row part #: ho98201 black in color. This set is a three piece set, one line for the driver side, one for the passenger front and one liner that extends all the way from the driver to the passenger side for the rear or second row. The Husky liners are custom molded precisely to fit the vehicle and stay in place. The shape, channels and moldings all work to keep dirt and debris contained in the liner and off of the carpeting. As you can see here with the extra large sidewalls on the Husky liner protect the carpeting and a nice feature of an extended lip of the liner over the door sill to help protect the carpeting at the edge of the floor liner. Not to mention these liners are easy to install and can easily be removed and cleaned or washed with soap and water. more
