Today we're going to be taking a look at part number CM02101, this is the CIPA retractable dock cleat. This unit's going to mount to your dock, that way you can easily secure your boat or personal watercraft. The cleat is retractable, simply by pushing it down. When it's not in use it lays almost flush with the base, that's going to help prevent tripping or injury. The sides of the base have a nice angle design to them to prevent stubbing your toes or tripping. It's made from a strong nylon composite construction, so it's not going to corrode from salt in the air. It's rated at 27,000 pounds per square inch tensile strength. more

CIPA Boat Accessories - Dock Cleat - CM02100 Review- Video
Today, we're going to be taking a look at part number CM02100. This is the CIPA retractable dock cleat in black. The dock cleat is going to mount to your dock so that you can easily secure your boat or personal watercraft. One of the neat advantages or features of this system is that the cleat actually retracts when not in use, so it's almost flush with the base. It helps prevent tripping or injury caused by a lot of the dock cleats that are out there. One of the other neat features is that when it's down the dock cleat actually has these angled sides, so that's going to prevent stubbed toes and tripping. The unit's made from a strong nylon-composite construction, so it's not going to corrode from salt in the air. more
