Today on this 2008 Saturn Outlook, were going to install part number 118434 from Tow Ready. First thing we do is open the back hatch and move the two tail lights. Remove the tail lights. We got these two covers removed so to access through the hardware. Now, disconnect your hardware. Theres a little latch on the inside edge right here. more
