Hopkins Endurance Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Wiring Installation - 2014 Ram 2500- Video
Today in our 2014 Ram 2500, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel and Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness, with the seven-fold plug.So here's what our wiring's gonna look like once we have it installed. It's gonna allow us to have a seven way connector in the bed of our pickup truck. That way, whenever we have a 5th wheel or a gooseneck, we're not gonna have to lower and lift the tailgate and worry about running the cable underneath.The oversized plug and door here is gonna make it extremely easy to plug in, and the fact that the door's gonna open a full 180 degrees means we're not gonna have to worry about it only opening so much, and trying to fight it. Like most seven ways, we are gonna have this tap that's gonna catch on to the plug so it doesn't accidentally come unplugged. And there is gonna be this weather seal inside to make sure we keep all the dirt, debris and moisture out of our connector. The door it self is gonna be spring loaded, so it'll make sure to keep all that debris out, 'cause it'll automatically close.Our wiring is gonna come with a total of 10 feet of wire. more

Best 2014 Ram 2500 Gooseneck and 5th Wheel Wiring Options- Video
Today on our 2014 Ram 2500, we'll be looking at our best fifth wheel and gooseneck wiring options. Today we're looking at three fifth wheel and gooseneck wiring options. All three of these will give you a seven pole 00:00:13 connector in the bed of your truck to easily attach your fifth wheel or gooseneck trailer to, so you don't have to worry about having a cable reach down over your tailgate down into your bumper where your factory seven-way is. On the left, we have the Hopkins Endurance, part number 41157. In the middle, we have the Bargman, part number 50-97-410. And finally off to the right, we have the tow ready, part number 20110. Now all three of our harnesses are a little bit different as far as cable length goes. more
