Hey, everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Curt T-Connector Trailer Wiring Harness here on our 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. So a trailer wiring harness is just gonna be one of the many things that we need to successfully tow with our Pathfinder. In addition to this wiring harness, we're gonna need a trailer hitch and ball mount/hitch ball. Now, we do have options for all this stuff here at etrailer. But the trailer wiring harness basically is going to transfer the signals from our vehicle here to our trailer. That way, we can let other motorists on the road know what signals we're gonna be making. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Curt T-Connector trailer wiring harness here on our 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. So our trailer wiring harness is gonna be one of the few different items we need in order to tow a trailer. And the list of those other items is gonna be a trailer hitch, and a ball mount slash hitch ball. Now we obviously have options for all these at etrailer, so make sure you check those out. But the trailer wiring harness is gonna be what's gonna transfer these signals from the vehicle to our trailer, so we can let other motorists out on the road know what signals we're gonna be making. A lot of the times our camping trailers actually block the taillights on the vehicle, so we still need a way to transfer the signals, that way we can arrive to our destination safe and sound, not to mention it's also a legal requirement in every state. more

Rob: Rob here at etrailer.com. And today we're going to be taking a look at the Tekonsha four-pole wiring kit on our 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. Now our Tekonsha four-pole wiring kit is going to provide us with a four-pole trailer connector so we can safely get down the road and have all the required lights on our trailer, like our taillights or turn signals and our brake lights. Our wiring is designed to stay on the outside of the vehicle at all times. So it will be right by your hitch whenever you need to hook up. Best 2018 Nissan Pathfinder Trailer Wiring Options- Video
Today on our 2018 Nissan Pathfinder we'll be looking at our best trailer wiring options. We have three wiring options here today. Off to the right we have the Tekonsha T1 vehicle wiring harness with a four-pole flat trailer connector, part number 118670. In the middle we have the Tekonsha T1 vehicle wiring harness with a seven-pole connector, part number 118273. Off here to the left we have the Hopkins Plug-In Simple vehicle wiring harness with a four-pole flat trailer connector, part number HM11143690. Now the biggest differences that we have in our trailer wiring harness besides the fact that we have a seven-way here and two four-ways, is that both the seven-way and the four-way that we have here from Tekonsha will connect to the vehicle's existing tow package wire connectors. more
