Today we have a 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Hopkins fifth wheel and gooseneck in-bed wiring kit. And when you're thinking about installing a gooseneck or a fifth wheel in the bed of your truck or if you already have one, installing an in-bed wiring kit in my personal opinion, is going to be a must. The only other way to run wiring to your fifth wheel or gooseneck trailer is to run that wire over top of your tailgate. And what that can do is over time you'll get some, especially on a white truck like we have here, you'll get some black marks, the cord itself could get rubbed, many, many times when you're turning the vibrations of the cord hitting the paint job could rub the paint off your truck.
