Today on our 2013 Ford Edge we'll be looking at our best trailer wiring options. All right, we have two wiring options here today for our Ford Edge. On the right we have the Curt T-Connector, part number C56120. On the left we have the Tekonsha T-1, part number 118515. The main difference that we have between our two wiring options here today besides brand is the overall power output of them. Our Curt T-Connector here offers three amps for the stop and turn lights on our trailer, and for the tail lights and running lights on our trailer it offers six amps. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2013 Ford Edge- Video
Right, today, on this 2013, Ford Edge, we're going to install part number C56120. This is a CURT T-connector vehicle wire and harness. Okay, first thing that you do is get the vehicle ready to install the harness. To do that, we are going to go ahead and open the back hatch and remove the two tail lights. There are two screws in each taillight that we have to remove. We use 8 mm socket to do this. more
