Speaker 1: Today you're going to be taking a look at the best wiring options for your 2012 Buick Enclave. For your Enclave doesn't have the factory tow package, we're going to have a few different options for that. Over here we're going to have the CURT T-Connector wiring harness. Next to that we're going to have the Tekonsha wiring harness. Then finally over here we're going to have the Hopkins wiring harness.Now obviously they're all going to look a little bit different but the end result is going to give us a four-pole flat trailer connector that's going to provide all the lights to our trailer and safely get down the road.With our Tekonsha and our CURT, you can see they're going to look very similar. Really the main difference here is going to be the color of the wire. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2012 Buick Enclave- Video
Today on our 2012 Buick Enclave, we'll be installing the Tow Ready T1 Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole flat connector, part number 118450. Now to begin our install we'll need to open up the rear hatch. Then we'll move over to the taillight assembly where we'll need to remove the two fasteners that secure the taillight assembly. To remove the fasteners, we'll remove the protective caps first and then the fasteners underneath. Once we remove the fasteners, we'll go ahead and pop the taillight assembly out being careful not to break the alignment pin underneath. Then we'll go ahead and remove the manufacturer's connector from the back of the taillight. We'll press on the locking tab and separate the two connectors. more
