So, whether you're just preventing some of the load from shifting around, or you're just kinda dividing up and organizing all of your boxes in a certain way. I kinda think of it as whenever you're checking out at a grocery store, you have that little divider that you put in between your stuff and the person in front of you, it's kinda like that. So you can pull up to a loading dock and you can be like, "Grab all the boxes up to the first bar, "you're good to go." So it's gonna have a lot of different applications. Helping it not move around, and also just kinda organizing all of your load. So let's just say we're all done and we want to take this thing down, all you gotta do is just come down to this little mechanism right here, and there's gonna be a big lever, and then a little chrome piece. So it's kinda like the little latch that's on the back of a box truck. more

So, if you have some stuff in the bed of your truck and it's a little too far for you to grab it, whether you just have a short-bed or a long-bed this is going to help you get those items. So we can have it like this, about five foot, or we can rotate it counter-clockwise and then tighten it up clockwise to make it into a seven foot pole. So we can grab some buckets or a big water jug. Basically, it's just a little long arm to grab some of those stuff that's a little out of reach. more

Erickson Cargo Control Cargo Bar with Ratchet Review- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at Erickson's Cargo Control cargo bar with a ratcheting lever. This cargo bar is going to provide us with an adjustable bar that we can place in any position in the bed of our truck here, that provides a stop for our gear. It has a steel construction with a hammered finish, so it's going to look nice and be durable and last a long time. What I like about the bar is that it's just nice, quick and convenient in comparison with other mechanisms to hold your things down. We we're getting ready to haul some trash off to the dump here. And rather than grabbing a bunch your ratchet straps or bungee cords and tie these down to keep them from falling over, real quickly we can just put this in place and then our trash cans aren't going to go anywhere. more

Speaker 1: A common problem with an open cargo area like a truck is that whenever we load things up they're going to naturally want to slide around, especially if we come up to a stop sign, take off from a stop light, or go around a corner quickly. It's just going to make it that much easier for everything to slide especially with a smooth cargo area, you don't have a bed liner, or even with a plastic bed liner.Now, as you can see with our cargo bar in place, it is keeping our items nice and secure and preventing them from sliding around too much. One thing you do want to keep in mind if you have some extremely heavy or fragile items, this bar is not going to replace a tie-down, and you still want to make sure you secure those items properly. more

Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the ProGrip twist and lock cargo bar. Now, this cargo bar helps you secure a load in your vehicle. It adapts to fit cars, trucks, vans, SUVs, RV storage compartments as well as trailers. It works great to keep loads from shifting around during transport.It features an easy release lock that makes it easy to adjust the length of the bar, so when you're ready to place it, like for me, I've used this in the bed of my truck, so I place it in the bed of my truck, and I simply grab here and pull it out to the length that I need. Once my pads are making contact with the side walls of the bed of my truck, I would take the foam hand grip right here, and I would simply rotate it to make any fine tune adjustments. That's really easy to do because each foot pad is connected to a threaded post that feeds into the cargo bar a little bit, which makes it really nice to make sure that this is in place, that it's very tight, and that it's very secure.Now, when I'm ready to release or remove the bar, all I have to do is come to it, lift up on the easy release lock, and then this can slide back into the rest of the bar. more

Today we'll be taking a look at the Access EZ-Retriever 2, it's a solid pole with a hook, part number A70950. It stores conveniently inside your truck's bed and is perfect for accessing items when you have a tonneau cover. This aluminum pole is lightweight and it's going to add 5 feet to your reach. Today we're going to review part number 08907. This is the Ericson lever action industrial cargo bar. This lever action cargo bar can be adjusted from the 60 inches, like it is now, all the way out to 75 inches. All you have to do is push this little lever to unlock the lever. Push the lever all the way open, and you can see that you can extend it out as far as you need it up to 75 inches. Once you get it in the position you need, then as you turn this back and push down, it will lock into place and secure it from moving. This bar will help secure your cargo in an enclosed trailer or even in your truck bed. more

MaxxTow Cargo Gate Installation - 2002 Dodge Ram Pickup- Video
Today on our 2002 Dodge Ram pickup, we'll be test fitting the Maxxtow Cargo Gate for full size truck beds 59-1/2 inches to 72 inches wide part number MT70235. Typically when installing the cargo gate, you'll want to go ahead and get your gear in first and then your cargo gate that way you can secure it up next to the bed of your truck or towards the tailgate, but for today's test fit, we're just going to show you how it looks on your 02 Dodge Ram. With our cargo gate assembled according to the instructions, we'll go ahead and hop up into the bed of our truck and set it into place. We can now go ahead and check tomake sure it's set at the correct height. We'regoing to move the L brackets to the center position on the plate here on the ends of our cargo gate. This allows us to have the L brackets in the right position to fit against the side railsof our truck. We'll loosen up the threaded handles on the sides to adjust the telescoping top rod for an easier installation. more

MaxxTow Cargo Gate Review- Video
Today we'll be doing a full demo on the truck cargo gate, part number mt70235 which is created to fit most of your full-size trucks. One of the key features of the cargo gate is that it spans the entire length of our truck. This is good because when we're loading items it'll help hold them in place. Another key feature is these telescoping handles here. This is really easy to grip and to tighten so that all the brackets fit well against the side rail of our truck here. Thule Flat Top Carrier on a Truck Luggage Expedition Cargo System Review- Video
Today well be installing the Thule Universal Flattop part number TH92725 on our Truck Luggage Cargo management system. Now weve already pre-fitted the ski rack platform part number TL-606 onto our cargo management system. Now all we need to do is fit the snow sport carrier onto it. Well take the carrier, set it on top of the crossbar and bring the rubber coated metal strap around and tighten it down using the gray knob on the one side of the clamp. With our front carrier secured to the platform, well simply move to the rear carrier and repeat the same process as we did with the front. With both carriers installed, we can now load our skis and snowboards. more

What we have here is a tool that can easily reach in the back of your pick up truck or any other area that is inaccessible or is just out of arms reach. Kind of handy little tool to keep in the back of your truck. We will go ahead and show you how it works. It has a real easy telescopic design. Basically you just give it a little bit of the twist and it is ready to go to work. To show an example on how to use it, you can just reach in the back of your truck here especially if you have a cover that is hard to take on or off. Just use it and you just grab it and pull your objects out, within easy reach. Also it would be handy for people that have limited mobility as well. That would probably be the biggest help.
