Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit Installation - 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Demco Base Plate on a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Now there's five main components required when flat towing your Wrangler. And starting on the vehicle side we have our base plate that attaches to the frame of the vehicle, creating a structural mounting point for your tow bar and all the rest of your components. Your tow bar is the connection point between the base plate and the hitch on the RV. And the base plate also has tabs for our safety cables that we have here. So just like pulling the trailer, you wanna make sure that it doesn't disconnect and if it was to, you still have these cables holding onto the vehicle. more

Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit Installation - 2021 Jeep Wrangler- Video
Hello neighbors it's Brad here etrailer. And today we're taking a look and installing the Roadmaster baseplate on a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. So this is what the baseplate's gonna look like installed and actually hooked up in its flat tow set up. So you can see that it's pretty nice and spaced out here, allowing everything to kind of have some space to work around and actually attach our safety chain loops are nice and far enough away, but easy to actually clasp onto. And all of our connections with this included bracket are really nice because it puts it at a nice even spot in the middle using factory hole locations. Now and not in use, you can go ahead, drop this out and then you can actually remove these arms just by pulling this twisting. more

Hi there flat towers. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the best flat tow options for your 2021 Jeep Wrangler. There's five main components you'll need when flat towing your vehicle, the tow bar being one of those. In addition to your tow bar, you're also going to need your safety cables, which is a supplemental connection in addition to your tow bar. You'll also need your diode wiring, which takes the lighting from your motorhome and sends it to the lights at the back of your vehicle. Your base plate, which is the connection point on your vehicle for your tow bar and your safety cables to attach to. more
