Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today, on our 2018 Chevrolet Colorado, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Demco tabless base plate kit with removable arms. But before we get into that, why don't we just take a minute, check this out and make sure it's gonna be the right setup for you. There's gonna be a total of five main parts that you're gonna need to flat tow your Colorado down the road. And the first one will be the base plate, that's gonna provide you with a solid and reliable connection point, that way, you can hook your tow bar up to it. And the tow bar is gonna be the physical link that actually connects the front of your truck to the back of your motorhome. more

Speaker 1: Today on this 2018 Chevrolet Colorado, we'll be having a look at and showing you how to install the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate kit with removable arms, part number RM-523182-4. Here's what our base plate looks like installed. It's a really sleek design. You see it just sits inside this recessed area, right where our tow hooks were. It doesn't even stick out past it, so you can hardly even notice that it's there. It doesn't really even look any different than factory.This round part here is where our removable arm is inserted to, and off towards the center of the vehicle we have our safety chain and cable attachment point right here. more
