Today we're going to be taking a look at how to flat tow your 2015 Chevrolet Colorado. We'll start with our base plate, which we'll be using Roadmaster's EZ5 base plate kit. In addition, we'll be using Roadmaster's diode wiring kit, SMI's stay-in-play duo supplemental braking system, Roadmaster's battery charge line kit, Roadmaster's automatic battery disconnect switch, Roadmaster's Falcon all-terrain non-binding tow bars, and lastly, Roadmaster's 64-inch single hook safety cables.So, you're looking to flat tow your Chevy Colorado We've got our whole setup here and there's several components we're going to need to complete that. Speaker 1: Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Colorado, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Roadmaster easy four baseplate kit with removable arms, part number RM-523182-4.This is what our baseplate looks like when it's installed. As you can see, it's gonna sit nice and tucked in underneath our fascia. It's not gonna stick out too far. It also is gonna come through the holes on our tow hooks or where our tow hooks were, so we're not gonna do any cutting or modifications on our fascia itself. It's gonna have a nice, black powder coat finish to resist any rusting and corrosion. You can see here, this is where your safety chain rings or safety chain hooks would attach. more

Blue Ox Base Plate Kit Installation - 2015 Chevrolet Colorado- Video
Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Colorado 4WD, we're going to take a look at, and then show you how to install, the Blue Ox base plate kit with removable arms. This is part number BX1721. This is going to work for the Chevy Colorado 4WD with or without the adaptive cruise control, and also for the 2015 GMC Canyon 4WD with or without the adaptive cruise control. Basically, you can see the kit all spread out here. That's the main part of the unit, that's going to be the actual base plate itself. We've got our removable arms here. This is a really good custom fit design, so we're going to have the spacers that fit right into the factory holes there. more
