When it comes to motorhomes, a lot of people really aren't satisfied with how they perform. In terms of driving it down the road, the suspension's kinda all over the place, the steering's usually sloppy. And these are just a big brick more or less going down the road. And really top-heavy, they catch wind. more

Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Installation - 2020 Ford F-53- Video
Hi there motor homeowners', today in your 2020 Ford F-53 Chassis motor home, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster sway bar for the rear axle. And this is what our sway bar looks like when it's installed. This is an additional sway bar that we're putting on the rear axle here that works in conjunction with the factory sway bar, and you can actually see a little bit of the factory sway bar hanging down here. The factory sway bar is just on the front side of your rear axle. And the one that we're adding from Roadmaster here goes on the rear side of our rear axle. By adding an additional sway bar, we're gonna get significant improvements in anti-sway cause whenever our motor home wants to rock to the left or to the right, this component here wants to remain in its normal resting position that we've got it in here. more

Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar Installation - 2020 Ford F-53- Video
Hi there, motor home owners. Today, on your 2020 Ford F-53 chassis motor home, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Roadmaster front sway bar. And this is what our replacement sway bar looks like when it's installed. This is gonna be a bigger, beefier sway bar over our factory one. It's gonna give us just an increase in its anti-sway properties by being stronger than the previous one. You also get new end links, which is pretty nice because if you're upgrading your motor home, this is one of the first things that goes bad on your sway bar in your factory one is the end links, they usually wear out on the ends there. more

Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer Installation - 2020 Ford F-53- Video
Hi there Ford owners! Today in your 2020 Ford F-53 Chassis motor home, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster's Reflex Steering Stabilizer. And this is what our steering stabilizer looks like when it's installed. It clamps onto your tie rod. And it also attaches to the suspension over here on the side, right on here at where it attaches to the axle. And this provides a dampening, as well as a spring resistance, that ensures that your steering wheel stays in the center. So what this does for you is it helps to reduce all the effort that you have to put into keeping your motor home going straight down the road. more

We just wanted to take the time to ask him why he came to etrailer and why he was specifically looking for those suspension parts. So you we're having an issue with your motorhome or anything No, it's just if you go on all the diagnostic things you read about the Ford Chassis, it doesn't matter if it's my brand or five other different brands RV's, but if that's their weak points and you have the parts to install and sell. Plus I trust the jobs you guys do. more

Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer Installation - 2020 Ford F-53 RM-RBK22-RSSA- Video
Hi there, motor home owners. Today in your 2020 Ford F-53 chassis, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster's reflex steering stabilizer. We're now going to take it out on our test course. The biggest section that I expect you're going to notice a difference in here is going to be on the uneven bump section, because that somewhat simulates a pothole. It's a little bit the opposite of how a pothole is. It's going to be raised rather than a sunken hole, but it should still cause our steering wheel to want to go one direction or the other, since only one wheel is going to be hitting that obstruction.This is some pretty sturdy suspension on here already, so it doesn't really seem to be affecting it too much here on our test course. more
