Rob: Hey everybody it's Rob here at etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a look at the PTC custom-fit engine air filter on our 2017 Honda CRV. Now your engine air filter is going to filter all the air before it gets into the engine so we can make sure we're getting the best fuel economy and performance out of our CRV. But if we don't keep an eye on it and check it and change it when it does get dirty we're going to be robbing ourselves of the performance and not getting the gas economy that we want to get. So making sure that your filter is clean is going to save you quite a bit of money in the long run.Now I know a lot of us have been offered to have our filter replaced especially if we're at the service center and we're just getting an oil change. Now I will say if you're there it's not a problem to have somebody else do it but I just don't see the point of paying somebody to do something that's so easy that we can do at home. more
