Shane: Hi. I'm Shane with etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a look at and I'm going to show you how to install the PTC Engine Air Filter on our 2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty diesel engine. The air filter is designed to trap all of the dirt, debris, and contaminants from getting inside our engine, which in turn is going to allow our engine to run more efficiently. Our filter is going to be constructed of paper pleats, and what the pleats do is contaminants will get inside there, and those pleats will hold those contaminants tight.We're going to have a rubber seal that goes around the outside. This is going to help seal the top side of our air box to the bottom. more
