Thule Pulse Alpine Roof Cargo Carrier Review - 2010 Jeep Patriot- Video
Today on our 2010 Jeep Patriot we're going to be test fitting the Thule Pulse Alpine. This is a rooftop cargo box that offers 11 cubic feet of storage space. Comes in a matte black finish. Its part number is TH613. Now we've got the Thule Rapid Crossroads roof rack system that we've already installed onto the Patriot so we're going to begin our test fit by placing the cargo box right up here onto the crossbars. This box is designed to open from the passenger side so we'll favor this side as we install it. We want to take a quick look just to be sure we have the box straight. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Jeep Compass- Video
Today, on our 2014 Jeep Compass, we'll be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box, allowing us with 14 cubic feet of capacity in black, part number Y07192. With the Yakima round bar roof rack system on our vehicle, well begin our test fit by placing our box directly onto our crossbars. We will go and adjust the clamps as needed to fit around the bars. Well then move the key to the unlock position and pushing on the red button to open this side of our box. Well use the T handles on the inside of the box to tighten our feet around our bars. One of the great advantages of the RocketBox is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. more

We have a Thule Rapid Podium Roof Rack System assembled onto the roof of our Compass and we'll begin our test fit by placing the box up onto the vehicle's load bars. Once all the clamps are positioned over the bars I'm going to move to the back of the car and push the box as far forward as possible just to see if we can gain clearance of the rear hatch. We can then unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs. We'll then turn the knobs, which will tighten down the clamps, tightly around the load bars. This box does feature the AcuTight mounting hardware which will notify us when the clamp has been tightened down fully when the knob starts to click. We'll then move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat the same process. more

Today on our 2014 Jeep Compass, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box with 16 cubic feet of space in Matte Black, part number TH615. With the Thule Rapid Podium Roof Rack System assembled onto our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box directly onto our vehicle's load bars. Now since this box only opens from one side, we'll need to position it on the passenger's side of our roof. With the box in place, I'm going to move to the back of the Jeep and push the box as far forward as possible, just to make sure we can gain access to the rear hatch. The box in place, I'm going to unlock it and open the lid, exposing the four slots in the bottom of the box. I'll take the clamps, slide them down though the slots over the top of each bar, and then I'll turn the knobs to tighten down the clamps. Once everything is all tightened down and secured, I'm going to move to the back of the Jeep and open up the rear hatch. You can see that there is no interference at the back of the cargo box. That'll complete today's test fit of the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box, part number TH615, on our 2014 Jeep Compass. . more

This double-sided opening lid also enables you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the jeep. Well then move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat the same process. Once everything is all secured well go ahead and move to the back of the car and open up the rear hatch. You can see because of the large size of this box, the rear hatch has come in contact with the back of the box. With a factory roof rack on our vehicle, well begin our test fit by placing the Thule Sonic directly onto our load bars. With the feet hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around our bars. Once we have it set, we can open the passenger side of the box and tighten the 2 knobs on this side, to tighten our feet around our crossbars. One of the great features of the Thule Sonic is its ability to let you know when the feet are secure around the bars. The hand knob will make a clicking noise to let you know that its fully secure.Another great feature of the box is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. Well move to the driver side, open the box, and tighten down the 2 remaining feet, using the hand knobs until we hear that clicking noise. more

Today on our 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box measuring 13 cubic feet in glossy black, part number TH634B. With the factory roof rack system on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing our box directly onto our load bars. With the feet hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around each bar. We'll open the passenger side of the box and tighten the two hand knobs on this side to secure our feet around our bars. One of the great features of the Thule Sonic is its ability to let you know when each foot is secure. You'll hear a clicking noise when the foot is tight enough. Another great feature is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. We'll move to the driver's side, open the box, and tighten down the two remaining feet using the hand knobs until we hear that clicking noise. With all four feet tight, our box is secured and we're ready to go. Here at the rear, we have full access to our rear hatch door without it making contact with the back of our box. Today on our 2008 Jeep Liberty we'll be test fitting the Thule Force Double XL Rooftop Cargo Box, part number th626. Now with our vehicle already equipped with the Thule Roof Rack System we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box onto the vehicle's load bars. After positioning the box all the way forward to make sure we can gain access to the hatch.We'll unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs. We'll then turn the knobs to bring the clamps up around tightly against each bar. We can then move to the other side of the vehicle where we can again unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs.Now this double-sided opening lid also enables you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the vehicle. Now once everything is all tightened down and secured you can see that we can easily access the rear hatch of our Jeep Liberty with the Thule Force secured. more

Thule Force Medium Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Jeep Patriot- Video
Today on our 2013 Jeep Patriot, we'll be test fitting the Thule Force Large Rooftop Cargo Box, part number TH624. We'll begin our test fit and first placing our cargo box onto the vehicle's crossbars. We'll then open up our tailgate to help position our cargo box onto the crossbars without it interfering with our rear hatch. We'll then loosen up the claws by turning the gray knobs on the bottom part of the box and position the claws to adjust the crossbar spread of our vehicle. Now, one great feature of the Thule Force is its ability to open from both sides to allow you to easily load or unload cargo from either side of the vehicle. It also helps on wide vehicles tightening down the opposite clamps as you can open the other side, exposing the clamps closest to you. more

Then we can open up our cargo box and go ahead and tighten down each clamp using the gray hand knobs. Once we have our clamps secured to our load bars were then ready to load up some of our accessories. With this particular vehicle in this box when trying to access our rear hatch door, we see that it does make contact with the cargo box, even with the cargo box set as far forward as possible. Today on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee well be test fitting part number th624. This is the Thule Force Large Rooftop Cargo Box. Now, to fit it to our vehicle, well simply place the box on top of our crossbars. Now, youll notice that our clamps are completely undone so well make sure the clamps go around our crossbars. Well then start here on the drivers side where well open the cargo box and tighten down the two gray handles on either of the left side clamps. Well then do the other side and close the lid. more

Today on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee well be test fitting part number th634b, the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box. To begin our test fit well go ahead and it on top of our crossbars here on top of our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Well then adjust our box making sure that the clamps fit around both the front crossbar as well as the rear crossbar, and that our box is centered with the vehicle. Well also go ahead and open are cargo door to make sure that when we secure the box its out of the way of the cargo door itself. We can then work our way around to each of the four clamps tightening down the knobs until they click indicating they are secured and at the proper torque. Now, a great feature of the Sonic is that its ability to open the lid from either the passenger side or the drivers side. more

Well place it on top of our crossbars, where well take the clamps, pass them through the carrier, and make sure they go around our crossbars. We can then tighten down the gray knob within the carrier, closing down the clamps, securing our cargo box to the Grand Cherokee. After doing that with all four clamps, our cargo box is secured and were ready to load it up and head on down the road. more

Today on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee well be test fitting part number th625. This is the Thule Force XL Rooftop Cargo Box. To fit it to our Grand Cherokee, well place it on top of the crossbars making sure that our clamps fit around the crossbars. Now that weve made sure that our cargo box is on top of the roof, and that our clamps are around the crossbars, well center it with the vehicle where we can open it from the passenger side first and tighten down the two gray knobs within the cargo box securing the passenger side of our cargo box to the Grand Cherokee. Well move over to the drivers side where we can use the key to unlock the drivers side of our carrier and open the lid from the drivers side. Well now go ahead and tighten the two gray knobs here on the drivers side which will secure our cargo box to the vehicle. more
