As you guys can see, this is gonna be a great way of getting a multitude of bikes to the trailhead, whether it be for friends or for families. As you can see, we are getting a dual arm support here. So, gonna be doing a good job of not having any play on our bike going left and right. And as well, this guy has a couple advantage over some of the hanging styles you might see out there. more

Hey, everybody. Welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Kuat Transfer V2 Two-Bike platform rack here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now right outta the gate, I think the Transfer does an excellent job of staying pretty low profile and with a pretty minimalistic design does a great job of getting some of our bikes to the trail ahead with us. You can see it has that little signature U-frame design that offers a couple key advantages over some of the other platform acts out there. The biggest one, as you can see, I can stand right in here and actually start getting right underneath our bike. more

Now a two-Tire Hold system does an excellent job of exactly what you think it does. It holds onto our bikes by their tires. So that makes it great for our carbon frame bikes that we need to get up on here. However, don't let it fool you. more

RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue- Video
Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the RockyMounts BackStage two-bike platform rack here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now I'm a pretty big fan of the BackStage for a lot of reasons. We're getting a lot of maneuverability with this rack, however, we are still getting a nice stable platform for our bikes. Not only that, we are getting upwards of 60 pounds per bike to actually get up on here. So you notice we do have our big heavy ebike up on here. more

Hollywood Racks Road Runner Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue- Video
Hey, everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Road Runner 4-Bike Rack Carrier here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now the Roadrunner does an excellent job of getting, yes, four bikes up to the trail head. However, I think it really starts to shine by how much sway control we are actually getting for a hanging style rack. So if you're on a lookout for a way of making sure that our bikes stay nice and pretty while still having to utilize that hanging style, I think this can be a great concession for ourselves. On the end of the bars here you are seeing, we do have those two arm supports, and on either side we are getting some nice, little reflectors on the end. more

Now HoldUp does a good job of getting a couple of bikes to the trailhead and I think it looks pretty clean doing it as well. Now, right out of the gate, the Swagman does an excellent job of just getting our bikes to the trailhead. Now you're losing a lot of those bells and whistles, you might see on some of those more premium bike racks. As you can see nothing too crazy going on here. However, it is very effective at getting our bikes to the trailhead. At a 35-pound capacity per bike, we're getting most of our standard bikes to the trails with us today. more

Swagman RV and Camper Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue- Video
Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Swagman E-Spec 2-Bike Platform Rack, here, for two electric bikes on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now I think the E-Spec does an excellent job of getting these big, heavy ebikes up on here. With a 70 pound capacity rating for each of our bikes we definitely are gonna be doing a good job of getting these big heavy ebikes up on here with no trouble at all. The platform rack itself isn't gonna be anything too crazy. I do kinda like how it is very simple, that that steel construction is doing a very good job of giving us a lot of stability and durability for our rack. more

Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue- Video
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we are looking at the Hollywood Racks Destination 2 Bike Rack here on our 2018 Nissan Rogue. Now the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack is one of my favorites when it comes to a bike rack that is lightweight and easily storable. So the way this works is that it holds on to your bike at three points, we have one, two straps on the wheel, and then you have this third mounting point, which is the frame clamp. So the frame clamp is kind of cool in its design, in that it can rotate in 360 degrees. So depending on your bike's frame, you can move this clamp up, down, side to side, and even rotate it around. more

Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2018 Nissan Rogue- Video
Hi everyone, it's Evie Angeline here at etrailer. And today we are looking at the Kuat NV 2.0 two bike rack here on our 2018 Nissan Rogue. Now the Kuat NV is one of my favorite bike racks, when it comes to the premium range of bike racks. It has everything you can expect, super heavy duty weight capacity, integrated locks and an extra repair stand, because why not Now we're gonna take a look at one of the features, which is that it can tilt away, to do so you pull this lever right here and just allow it to drop down to a tilt. And you'll want to do that if you wanna access your hatch. So, as you can see here on our Rogue, there is plenty of clearance between our door and our handlebars meaning we can get into our trunk, maybe grab our water, grab our bags, grab our helmets, all without having to take our bike off, which is nice, is convenient, and it gets you out onto the trail a lot faster. more

Hi, everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today we are looking at the Kuat Transfer v2 Two Bike Rack here on our 2018 Nissan Rogue. Now, the Kuat Transfer is one of the affordable bike racks that has the features you would expect in a premium bike rack. It's one of my favorites because of its unique goalpost design that allows you to step into the bike rack and mount and dismount your bike very quickly. So let's take a look at one of the features of the bike rack, which is that you can tilt it away. So just step on this lever, and let it drop down to a tilt, and you'll want to do this if you wanna access your hatch. So as you can see here on our Rogue, as we open up our hatch, it looks like it comes close, but there's definitely still clearance between our door and our handlebars, meaning we can get into our trunk, maybe grab our helmets, grab our water, grab our bags without having to take our bike off. more

Hi, everyone. Aiden here with etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a look at the Kuat NV 2.0 base bike rack here on our 2015 Nissan Rogue. That's going to be a really nice platform style bike rack, and one of the standout things with this one is the way it holds it. It's going to be a wheel mounted bike rack, which means it holds it by the front tire here and has a secondary attachment point at the back tire with this strap here. It's going to be great for your carbon frame bikes because you're not going to have any sort of frame contact, but it's also going to be good for those alternative frame bikes or even e-bikes. Because again, we're not relying on frame contact to hook onto and it's gonna have a 60 pound weight capacity. more

Now it's gonna be a great way to carry up to two e-bikes with you on your journeys. The weight capacity per bike is 66 pounds so, it can be good for those bigger e-bikes too just to make sure you've got that battery removed for safety when you're going down the road. I really like how this one works for a number of reasons. It holds the bike really well with this cradle up here and these two straps and the wheels down here at the bottom. more

So if you need a little bit more bikes on your car besides two, go ahead and pick which one is going to work best. But this one in particular is going to be able to carry two bikes with three tie-down points per bike. Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Nissan Rogue S64683- Video
Rob: Hey everybody, Rob here at etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a look at the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack on our 2016 Nissan Rogue. Now, our Chinook is going to allow us to carry up to two bikes to and from the trail. And it's going to alleviate that problem of having to cram your bikes in the back hatch or for some shorter people like me, we're not going to have to worry about putting our bikes on top of the roof. Because I don't know about you, but lifting my bike up over my head seems to be a little nerve wracking just because I don't want to scratch my roof. So, having a hitch mounted rack is going to be just a lot easier and definitely secure, getting your bikes to the trail.But the problem comes in, is once you get to the trail and you want to start riding, but you forgot something in the back. Well, I don't know about you, but I don't want to climb from the front, all the way to the back seat to try to get in there. more

What's kind of cool about this design is it's got a tier style loading system. Meaning that the first bike, which is the one we have loaded, is going to sit lower than the second bike will. Today on our 2017 Nissan Rogue, we're doing a test fit of the Thule Hitching Post Pro hanging style four-bike rack. That part number is TH934XTR. Now, we already have our bike secured down. We're first going to show you how we secure it in place. We have three straps altogether. We've got two over the top portion of our frame and one as our anti-sway strap in the back. more

Today on our 2015 Nissan Rogue, we're doing a test-fit of the Thule Hitching Post Pro Hanging-Style 4-Bike Rack, that part number is: TH934XTR. Now we all ready have our bike secured down, we're first going to show you how we secure it in place. We have three straps all together, we've got two over the top portion of our frame and one as our anti-sway strap in the back. We're going to start by pulling down and lifting up to release those. We'll be able to pull our bike off and set it off to the side. With our bike out of the way, we'll take a few measurements here. First is going to be overall what we're adding to our vehicle. With our arms hanging out, we've got about 38 inches. more

Today in our 2017 Nissan Rogue, we're doing a test fit of the Yakima hold up platform style two bike rack. That part number is Y02443. Now, we already have our bike in place. We're first going to show you one of the key features of this rack. We're going to come here and pull out on the red pin. That's going to allow us to tilt our bike and our bike rack away from our vehicle and we'll open up our hatch here. Now, we have turned off the automatic hatch, just to show you how close this gets. more

Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Nissan Rogue- Video
In this 2015 Nissan Rogue, you're going to be testing the Swagman XC 2 bike rack, part number S64650. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. The first feature I'd like to show off is how it's actually attached to the rack. We only have really one point of contact, and that's going to be a frame hook up at the top, which is padded to make sure that there's going to be no scratching or anything like that when you install your bike onto this rack. We also have these adjustable wheel cradles at the bottom here. Just loosen up these knobs. They can move along the length of the bike rack, and this is going to assist with loading it up, and it also can accommodate different size bikes as well. Let's go ahead and take the bike off and set it aside. more

Softride Element-Parallelogram Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2015 Nissan Rogue- Video
Today on our 2015 Nissan Rogue, we're going to be test fitting the Softride Element Parallelogram Tilting 4-Bike Rack, part number SR26248. We already have a bike on the rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. Now, the most prominent feature of this rack is the fact that this can tilt away from the vehicle with the bikes still attached, which is pretty unique for a hanging style bike rack. How it does that is, you come to this black handle on the other side of the mast, pull out like so, and just let it come to you. With it in this position, we now have full access to the rear hatch to get whatever it is we need and plenty of space on either side to do so as you can see here. To put it back in its original position, just simply push back up and it will lock back into place. more

Let's go and take a closer look, and show off some of the features. Now, the first and most prominent feature in this rack, is the fact that you can tilt it away from the vehicle to gain hatch access with the bikes still on it. To do that, we have this grey handle here, at the front. You pull it towards you and let it come down. more
