Today we're going to be taking a look at the waterproof LED tape light from Patrick Distribution. This LED tape light can be used for a variety of applications. This particular light strip is going to measure about 37-1/4", that's the overall length of just the actual light strip portion. What I did was I measured just the adhesive backing, that's about 37-1/4". It's going to have 120 degree viewing angle. The width of the unit is going to measure about 5/16" wide. This particular strip is going to be contain 57 LEDs. more

Putco PURE High Performance Halogen Bulbs Installation - 2011 Honda Accord- Video

Today on our 2011 Honda Accord we're going to show you how to install the Putco PURE High-Performance H11 Halogen Bulbs in Nitro Blue, Part Number is P230011NB. These are going to give us that HID kind of a look, that little bit of a blue coloration as we're heading down the road. The great thing about our lights, they meet all Department of Transportation standards, so we're not going to have to worry about anything there. These produce 55 watts at 12 volts, and they offer a color temperature that's about 4400K. To begin our installation we want to cut our wheel all the way over to the opposite side we're going to be working on. We're on our passenger side, the wheel is cut all the way to the drivers side. There's going to be a Phillips head screw right here that we're going to remove, then a Phillips head fastener right here. more

Vision X Premium White Halogen Headlight Bulbs Review- Video

Today we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Vision X Halogen Headlight Bulbs in premium white, part number VX-D9007. The bulbs are made out of a durable, long-lasting construction with a fast and easy installation, and they are also Department of Transportation compliant. On low beam, the lights are 55 watts at 12 volts, and high beams 65 watts at 12 volts. The lights have a brightness of 900 lumens, and a color temperature of 4,300 Kelvin. This is a clearance cab light, that will give your truck a big red look. They do have the amber lenses that cover clear incodecent bulbs and the bulbs are a style 194 bulb and they are replaceable. Vision X H7 Halogen Headlight Bulbs Installation - 2008 GMC Acadia- Video

Today on this 2008 GMC Acadia we're going to show you the Vision X H7 Halogen Headlight Bulbs . Part Number VX-LH7 Now we have one side already installed in our vehicle. You can tell on the passenger side that's a lot brighter. It look more clear on that side compared to the factory one which is on our driver's side. Now a few things to know about light bulbs is that you can tell in our comparison test, they going to shine up to 30% brighter and at the 25% farther than the factory bulbs; and you could see it has a brighter light to it so it makes it a little bit easier to see things. Increases depth perception and also reduces eye strain. These light bulbs are rated for 55 watts and with this Part Number you get 2 bulbs. So let's go ahead and install the second bulb. To install the light bulbs you need to get the vehicle ready to do that. In this case we're going to take the steering wheel, we'll go ahead and steer it towards the left hand side, easy access to the inside. We'll have to remove these screws on the inside edge of the fender liner. more

Putco Vehicle Lights - Replacement Bulbs - P217440A Review- Video

Today we're going to review part number P217440A. These are the Putco Mini Halogen Replacement Bulbs in the 7440 size and these are super orange in color and for a quantity of 2. When you receive the packaging, you'll receive it just in a package like this. Once you remove the tape that holds it on, you can just pull off the back cover. Once you pull off the back cover, then you'll have access. There's an inner cover that you can remove that holds the bulbs into place. When you handle the bulbs, you want to try to pick them up and handle them by the base, try not to touch them as much as you can because the oil from your fingers if it gets on the bulb when the bulb light is turned on the heat of it could cause that oil to damage the bulb. more

Access LED Tailgate Light Bar Review- Video

Today we'll be taking a look at the Access LED Tailgate Light Bar with white LEDs, it's 39 inches long, part number A90148. As you can see here, our LED strip is lit up when our truck is in reverse. This light bar, real easy to install. It has an adhesive on the back of this, you pull it off and you stick it to a clean surface and it has an easy to wire installation. You go to your reverse light circuit on your truck and then you ground the other wire. When you put your truck into reverse, the LED bar lights up, which will allow you to see better when you're backing your truck up. Today we're going to review part number VX-D9005. This is the Vision X 9005 halogen headlight bulbs, premium white in color, and a quantity of two. Now this is how you will receive them when we ship them to you. They come in a nice hard plastic case to prevent them from being damaged. Now when you do pop them open what I do want to recommend is when you remove them is hold them by the plastic base. You don't want to actually use your hand and touch the bulb of it because what happens is your bulb will transfer oil residue that's on your fingers to the bulb, and then when these are installed in turned on the high temperature will cause that oil to either crack the bulb or shatter it. When you handle this you do want to handle it by the plastic base when you're installing it. These are halogen bulbs. more

Today we're going to review part number VX-LH7. This is Vision X, H7, Halogen Headlight Bulbs. Two things to know about these bulbs is they're intended to replace the factory light bulbs. It has a super-white beam. It also has a blue tint to it that resembles a high-intensity, discharge lighting. This also provides better reflection off road signs and markers and is tinted to shine about 30% brighter and up to 25% farther than the factory bulbs on a typical vehicle. Vision X Halogen Headlight Bulbs Installation - 2010 Chevrolet Silverado- Video

Today on our 2010 Chevrolet Silverado we'll be installing the Vision X 9005 Halogen headlight bulb, part number VX-L9005. This is the Vision X vehicle lights. They're a cool blue look with a bright light and can help reduce eye fatigue. Now let's go ahead and take a look at a comparison. Looking at the current or original headlights and then both Vision X bulbs installed. As you can see, with the cool blue look and a greater light output it will make it a lot easier to travel down the road safely. Now taking a look directly at the headlights we can see the low beam is the top bulb and the high beam is the bottom bulb. Use a replacement bulb for the current original manufacturers installed bulbs and deliver more light output and greater visibility and comes with a lifetime warranty. Now to install the new bulbs on most gas applications we will not have a battery in this position so you can simply reach around it, but most diesel applications will have a battery so you'll have to remove the battery in order to access the back of the headlight assemblies to remove the old bulbs. To remove the battery we're going to start with the negative battery post. more

Putco PURE H13 Halogen Headlight Bulbs Installation - 2013 Chevrolet Cruze- Video

Today on our 2013 Chevy Cruze, we'll be installing the Putco Headlights, part number P230013NB. This is a Putco halogen bulb that offers a bright blue tint to improve visibility. This light will replace the factory bulb while giving it a new nitro blue look. It's got 55 watts for the low beam and 60 watts for the high beam. The bulb type is an H13, also comes with a 1-year warranty. Now to replace the bulb, we've gone ahead and opened the hood, we'll locate the manufacturer's wiring harness that goes into the back of the headlight socket. To disconnect the manufacturer's wiring, we'll pull back on the gray locking tab, press on the locking tab for the connector, and remove it from the back of the tail light. more

Putco PURE H13 Halogen Headlight Bulb Installation - 2007 Dodge Durango- Video

Today on our 2007 Dodge Durango, we're going to be installing the Putco Pure Performance H13 halogen headlight bulbs in a double white, part number P230013DW. Now, before we begin our installation of the new bulbs, we're going to show you what the old bulbs look like so we can do a comparison later. As you could see here, this vehicle actually has one burned out headlight bulb and the other one is not very bright. To begin our installation, we're going to first need to raise the hood of the vehicle. With the hood of the vehicle raised, we're going to go ahead and begin over here on the driver side. We'll need to remove this bolt here as well as right here. To do that, we'll simply use a 10 millimeter socket. more

Today we're going to review part number VX-57. This is the Vision X Sealed Beam. It is a halogen headlight conversion kit for 5" x 7" rectangle head lamps. This conversion kit will let you replace your vehicle's 5" x 7" sealed headlights with these halogen lamps. These lights will act as direct replacements for most OEM headlamps. On the inside of these lights is a multi-surface reflector which will provide up to 30% more light output than your factory housing. If you do use these with the Vision X Halogen bulbs you could get up to 60% more light by using the bulbs. The bulbs do not come with these lights, they are sold separately. For demonstration here I've brought in one of the H4 Vision X Halogen bulbs. more
