How's it going, everyone It's Ethan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack on our 2016 Honda Pilot. So these are a great option in the event that you wanna transport some of your larger items and accessories on top of your roof, but you might have a rental or you just have a situation where you don't necessarily want to have a roof rack system that makes contact with your car, these are a great option, they just suction on top of the car onto your naked roof and they have a pretty strong hold. On the subject of that strength, these are capable of supporting a weight capacity of up to 150 pounds. Now, these are our 48 inch version. As you can see, it's a relatively sleek and compact look, they do also come in a 60 inch version as well, which will just give you a little bit more overhang and a little bit more room on there to spread out your accessories. more

Now, this is gonna be the rubber pad and the clamps that actually hold the whole roof rack system in place and make it a custom fit for your various different vehicles. Now, that being said, there's tons of different kits out there on our website for different vehicles, all of those pads are gonna be molded somewhat differently to adapt to different roof shapes, so do plug in your vehicle information into our fit guide and find the right fit kit for you and your vehicle, but it's gonna be a look at the overall system, how it works, and how it functions with the roof rack. So the main two parts of this are gonna be the rubber pad and the clamp, but let's talk about that rubber pad first. Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a brief look at this SiteClip fit kit for the Yakima SightLine and RidgeLine roof rack towers. These custom fit clips and pads are going to allow you to mount four SightLine or RidgeLine towers on your vehicle with flush or factory side rails. And of course, those towers are sold separately from this kit. And these clips are going to be very easy to install. As you can see there on the photo that I have there on your screen, you're going to simply attach them to the drop hooks inside of your towers. And once the clips are installed, you're just going to set the towers on top of your flush rails and tighten them down. more

If you wanna carry around fun accessories like a kayak, or roof box, or roof basket, or even a roof method bike rack you're gonna need a roof rack first. This is gonna be the recommended roof rack from INNO where you have your Through Feet, which have these shiny end caps, my personal favorite Using the Through Feet means you get the shiny end caps and you have almost all of your crossbar space to use. If you're using a T-track channel, you get all 51 inches. This does not have much overhang, so you will not be able to mount anything since you have half an inch from the end of the tower to before the end cap. more

Thule WingBar Edge Crossbars Installation - 2015 Toyota 4Runner- Video
Aiden Hi everyone, Aiden here etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install this Thule roof rack system for raised rails, on a 2015 Toyota 4Runner. So this system is gonna utilize the wing bar edge crossbars. This is gonna be an arrow bar which is gonna help with just general wind noise and cutting through that air pretty well. They're gonna work pretty well for any clamp around accessories, they're a very standard size but then there's also the T track up top, where if we remove these outer covers on the feet we're gonna slide our accessories in and the weather stripping will conform around those T track accessories and make sure that there's no wind noise getting in there. So this is one of those systems that's going to end in the foot pack, where the crossbar ends about here-ish and it doesn't leave any overhang. more

Hey, it's Ethan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Thule Wingbar Evo roof rack system on our 2023 GMC Yukon XL. This kit is really nice, because it works with the flush rails on our Yukon here. Just holds on to these lips on the rails by the clamps on the feet of the system. If you're looking to transport some larger items, like maybe some ski and snowboard carriers, maybe some roof boxes, baskets, or up to kayaks, and you want a way to get those to where you need them to go, a roof rack system like this is a really good option. The crossbars themselves are 60 inches a piece, technically capable of supporting up to 220 pounds, but the feet that we're using today are actually only able to support 165 pounds. more

Hi everyone, Aiden here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install this Rhino Rack Roof Rack system on our 2022 Ford Maverick. Now a roof rack is good for a number of things, especially here on the Maverick. We do have a shorter bed, so anything longer like lumber or a kayak, it's hard to put in the bed. Putting it up on top of the vehicle might be a better option especially with kayak carriers being so easy to mount on these roof racks. I see that being a really big benefit here and not having to worry about the small bed space. more
