Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods aluminum cargo carrier with a ramp on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. And cargo carriers are a great way to add some real estate to the back of your vehicle without having to store things inside. And having a ramp here allows you to have any of your heavier wheeled objects be able to roll up the ramp and store safely on your cargo carrier. And this one is rated at 500 pounds. So even with a little bit of weight on it, it's gonna be able to hold up to it. Being able to add a cargo carrier to the back of your vehicle is a great option, especially for when going on family vacations. Or if you're doing any house projects around the house, you get a whole lot of real estate that you previously didn't have, and especially if the things that you have are dirty, you can keep it out here and still transport them without having to put it in your car and getting your car dirty. Now this one is a pretty decent size coming in at 47 and a quarter by 20 and a half. You also have a six inch height here on your inner rail, so that's gonna keep your contents in place, and it's also got a serious weight capacity at 500 pounds. With an open design, this allows you to strap down your cargo in a bunch of different ways. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Adding the cargo carrier onto the back of your vehicle is definitely a way to optimize a little bit of real estate that you never had before, and it's really great when doing camping or outdoor stuff, or even house projects where all the dirty stuff can live outside here without having to put it in your vehicle. And this rack is really gonna maximize that real estate by having a decent size here. So overall, we have 60 inches by 22, and We also have a seven-inch height here to kind of keep your contents in place. And going along with that, you have plenty of spaces to be able to hook up your ratchet straps or even a cargo net, as all of it's nice and open. Now, being aluminum means that it's super lightweight and that's really nice for moving around when you're not using it and storing it. more

So if your bed is full or you have some larger items that you might not wanna store in the bed or the cab of your vehicle, this hitch cargo carrier is gonna be a great way to extend that and get a little bit more storage out of your vehicle. The cargo carrier itself is made of a black powder-coated steel and it still only comes in at about 25 pounds. So for the construction, it still remains pretty light, which is a nice feature. So you can store some things like your scooters, your lawnmowers, we have a generator here, just anything that has wheels that you might want to be rolling up and down a ramp for a little bit easier removal. Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we'll be talking about how the Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier with a 60-inch long ramp fits on the 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. So this cargo carrier is pretty unique because it is made of aluminum, so it is lightweight, but it still has a really long ramp. With how it works with the Equinox, some things to keep in mind is I like how low to the ground it sits making it easier for the incline to ramp things up into their carrier. The downside is you are gonna have to have a two-inch hitch receiver and make sure you have enough tongue weight for those heavier items. Also, you are gonna lose access to your hatch once something is loaded up onto that ramp. So with all that being known or being said, if you still think this is gonna be a good fit for you let's take a look at how it works. more

Flint Hill Goods Wheelchair Carrier with Ramp Review - 2022 Hyundai Tucson- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods wheelchair carrier with a ramp on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Now having a ramp on this cargo carrier allows you to not only get a mobility scooter or a wheelchair up here but also if you have a lawnmower, a compressor, really anything heavy with wheels, you can load it up. And with a 500 pound capacity, that really opens up to what you can put in here. This is large enough for most mobility scooters and just to check your dimensions at home and if you have one, this is gonna be 50 inches long by 30 inches deep with 6 1/2 overall height, which should be just enough to kind of keep that in place. You also have these nice holes here. That way you can really strap it down with a ratchet or a cargo carrier net, something along those lines to really hold your contents tight. more

Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we'll be taking a look at how the Flint Hill Goods Steel Cargo Carrier fits on the 2017 Toyota RAV4. This is gonna be a compact steel cargo carrier, great if you have limited space inside of your shed or your garage, but you still need to add extra cargo space to your vehicle. So this will go right into the hitch of your RAV4, and it's gonna be helpful if you have larger or dirtier items that you don't want dirtying up the interior of your vehicle. So taking a look at how this fits on the RAV4, this is gonna be very compact. So for our measurement, it's gonna be about 53 1/4 by 19 3/4 inches, easy to store in your shed, but when you have it on your car, it will still take up a little bit of space. So I like to measure from the bumper going out, we have it at about 2 feet or 24 inches. more

Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods aluminum hitch-mounted cargo carrier with the 60 inch ramp right here at etrailer. So this is a basket style and the differences between the other types of cargo carriers is some are made of steel, some have more or less weight capacity, some have a different shape, some are higher up off the ground than others. What's unique to this one is it's made of aluminum so it should be lighter to carry compared to a steel cargo carrier, and it has a 60 inch ramp or five feet. So that's more ideal for your heavier items that you can't just lift up into the carrier but you may need to push up into the carrier. So this has a 500 pound weight capacity. This is a distributed weight capacity and one thing to remember with that though is please be mindful of your actual tongue weight capacity on your hitch receiver. more

This is going to be a 29 by 49 inch aluminum carrier. Now your inside dimensions is going to be 27 and a half inches by 47 inches. So that's how much space you have for the cargo. Now as for how close it gets to the vehicle notice how we still have plenty of clearance from the bumper to that first rail about almost three inches of clearance there. What will not clear though is the ramp and your hatch door. more

Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we're gonna take a look at how the Flint Hill Goods 60 by 22 Aluminum Cargo Carrier fits on the 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. So an aluminum cargo carrier is awesome if you need a little extra space, but you don't wanna put your cargo inside of your vehicle, you want it more accessible, and you want the cargo carrier to be lightweight to make it easier to install. That's where this one comes in handy. It's 60 by 22, meaning you have a lot of width, an okay amount of length for the carrier, and it is lightweight and corrosion resistant, you can leave it on your car and not have to worry about it. We're gonna focus on how it fits here on our Equinox. And the main thing for me with cargo carriers is how easy is it to install, how much space do I have for cargo, can I open up the hatch on our Equinox So in our case here, this sits straight out, and if you wanna open up your hatch, look at how much space it takes to lift that door up. more

So if you need a lightweight and affordable way to expand your cargo capacity, this is gonna be a good way to do it. It is made of aluminum, but you also have a really large box shape here, and that way, if you're carrying things that you don't really want messing up the interior of your vehicle, you can put them right over here. For the way it works here on our Tesla Model Y, this is 60 inches by 22 inches. So your actually interior dimensions though, I like to measure from inside the rail, for width, it's gonna be a little bit past 58 inches, and then here it's gonna be about 20 1/2 inches. So that's how you can stack up your cargo. more

Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Compact Cargo Carrier from Flint Hill Goods. This is a hitch-mounted cargo carrier that'll mount into our two inch by two inch receiver tube and give us a place for our extra cargo, whether it's stuff that we just can't fit inside of the van, maybe we've got a lot of gear and we need to put some extra stuff out here, we can do that, or maybe we've got some things that we don't want to put inside the van, whether it be messy bags of concrete or mulch, things from the hardware store that might make a mess, you can leave it out here and not ever have to bring that mess inside, because it's a lot easier to just break out a hose and hose it down than it would be to vacuum out the inside of your vehicle. It is a steel carrier, it's gonna make it nice and strong, and the anti-rattle bolt in there is gonna keep things relatively sturdy, and it's gonna have a 500 pound weight capacity, so even though it's a bit of a smaller carrier, it's got plenty of strength to carry all that gear. As far as your space goes, from front to back, we're gonna be working with 17 1/2 inches of space, and side to side, we're gonna be working with 51 1/2 inches of space. So even though it's compact, it's still packs a punch, and you can fiddle out in here. more

Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at our Yakima EXO Swing Away cargo system on our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now this particular kit's gonna come with the Gear Warrior basket on the bottom as well as the gear locker box on the top and you can swap these positions if you want to. You are gonna get a little extra weight capacity by having the basket on the bottom. This is gonna be nice for a mix of cargo. We're gonna have some of our heavier items and maybe some of our messier items in the basket on the bottom. more

Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at this Flint Hill Goods Compact Cargo Carrier. This is a hitch mounted cargo carrier that'll fit in our two inch by two inch receiver tube and it's gonna be on our 2015 Toyota 4Runner. Now a cargo carrier's really nice because if you don't have enough room in your vehicle for the stuff you're carrying, you can put it outside and get that extra room, or you can get some messy stuff from the inside and get it outside so you don't get that mess in your vehicle. For me, it's really nice for going to the hardware store picking up bags of concrete mulch, topsoil, anything that has a tendency to rip and just make a mess in the vehicle, out here, it's gonna be a lot easier to clean up because you can just hose it off. more

This is gonna be a lot easier to clean up if you do have anything messy because you can just hose this off and get it cleaned up really quick. There's tons of points to tie down with straps. A hitch-mounted cargo carrier is a great way to either get extra stuff packed in your vehicle by packing it outside the vehicle or just getting some of that stuff from the inside that we maybe don't want in there, whether it be bags of concrete or soil, anything messy you might get at the hardware store, messy sports equipment that you wanna keep outside, so it doesn't stink up or mess up the inside of your vehicle, you can keep it out here, because let's face it, it's a lot easier to just hose this down with some water and get it cleaned up than it is to clean up the interior of your vehicle. Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we'll be taking a look at how the Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier fits on a 2019 Ram 1500. There's a bunch of different cargo carriers, this specific one is gonna be mid-size. We have an interior dimension of 47 1/4 inches for length as well as 20 1/2 inches for width, or I guess the other way around, depending on how you measure things. Now, you might wonder, "Why would you want a cargo carrier for your truck" Well, maybe your truck bed's already full, maybe you've already got it fully loaded with other things, or sometimes some people like to get the cargo carriers for their smaller or heavier items just because it's easier to reach here rather than having to lower the tailgate, open the tonneau cover, grab from your truck bed. So whatever the reason is, we'll talk about how it fits on this specific truck. So how much length does it add to the back of the truck Well, measuring from our bumper, right over there to the end of the carrier, we have it at 29 1/2 inches. more

Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima EXO system. This particular kit is gonna be with the gear locker box on bottom and the ski carrier up top. This is gonna be on our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. This kit is gonna be great for those winter months when you're going to the slopes, you can carry your skis and your snowboards up top right here where it's way easier to access than something like a roof box or a roof mounted ski carrier. And then we still have a box below that where we can lock up some of our gear, have it enclosed from the elements and locked up safe and sound. more

So Yakima EXO System is a modular system meaning you can mix and match different accessories. In fact, I'll show another accessory on here the snowbank ski and snowboard carrier. Now with a different accessories you'll have a little bit of a different experience, especially with different vehicles. So the Jeep Grand Cherokee has an awesome hitch rating which is capable of carrying all that weight, but also it sits a little closer to the ground compared to your taller vehicles like the foreigner making it a better experience for some of those accessories. more
