Today on our 2016 Toyota Camry we're going to be test fitting the Thule Gateway XT 2-bike rack, part number TH9006XT. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. The cradles themselves are adjustable along the arc here. They are separated enough so you're not going to have any issues of bike to bike contact once they're being installed. We also have these points here where you can see that the cable is actually going to sit in between those instead of being crushed against the frame once you install the bike. It does grip your bike at three points. more

Thule Passage Trunk Bike Racks Review - 2016 Toyota Camry- Video
Today on our 2016 Toyota Camry we're going to be test fitting the Thule Passage 2-Bike Rack, part number TH910XT. We already have a bike installed on our rack, let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. The cradles themselves are adjustable along the arms, and this is to accommodate loading and also to keep the space between the bikes a little bit further apart. We also have these sections here, which if you look at the bike we have installed, that'll actually allow your cables to sit in there and not get crushed by your frame once they're installed. It grips your bike by three points. We're going to have two straps up at the top and one off to the side, and that's going to serve as an anti-sway cradle to keep your bike from moving too far back and forth, and possibly making contact with the bike in front of it. Let's go ahead and take the bike off, and set it aside. We'll undo the straps at the top first and then lift our bike up and off. With the bike rack in this position, I want to give you a quick measurement. more

Today, on our 2016 Toyota Camry, we're going to be test fitting the Thule Raceway PRO 2-Bike Rack, part number TH9001PRO. We already have a bike installed on the rack, let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. The first feature I'd like to show off is the fact that it has an integrated cable lock here, at the front. You'll pull out the cable like so, wrap it around your bike, insert it into this portion, here, and lock it into place to secure both bikes to the bike rack. The cradles themselves, while they are in fixed points, they do have this nice cushion material, so once you put your bike into place it's not going to get scratched up. It'll attach to your bike by three points, we're going to have two straps up at the top and one off to the side, which is going to serve as an anti-sway cradle to keep your bike from moving too far back and forth, and preventing bike-to-bike contact. Let's go ahead and take the bike off and set it aside. We'll just lift it up and off. more

Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Impala we're going to be taking a look at the Saris SuperBones Trunk Mount 3-Bike Rack. Now as you can see we already have our bike securely mounted. You're going to have three mounting points, two on top and one on the vertical support. Now the way we're going to bike off is simply push in on this tab which will release the strap and pull it up. We'll do the same thing for the other two. We can lift our bike right off. more

Yakima Trunk Bike Racks Review - 2016 Chevrolet Impala- Video
Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Impala we're going to be taking a look at the Yakima Half Back Trunk Mount 2 Bike Rack, part number Y02636. As you can see we already have our bike securely mounted to the bike rack, and they're going to have two points on top, and one on the vertical part of the frame here. To take the bike off simply push in on the tabs, pull the zip strip out, and our bike will come right off. Now it is a good idea to always go ahead and replace these, that way we don't have to worry about them getting lost or damaged. With our bike off we'll go ahead and take a quick few measurements. Overall this bike rack's going to add right around about 24-1/4" to the overall length of the vehicle. Now we do have the option to rotate the arms down to give us a little bit more room. more

Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Impala we're going to be taking a look at the Yakima FullBack trunk-mount 2-bike rack, part number Y02634. Now as you can see, we already have our bike securely mounted on our bike rack. You're going to have two points here at the top and one here on the vertical support. To remove the bike, simply push in on the tabs, pull the Zip Strip out, and now we can take our bike off. It's a good idea to put these back so they don't get lost or damaged. They just slide right into place. Now with the bike off, we'll get a quick few measurements. more

With the bike off, we'll take a few quick measurements. Overall, we're going to be adding right about 13-1/4" to the total length of the vehicle. Now, we do have the option to swing our arms down to give us a little bit of extra room. more

Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of our features. Now there are reflectors on both ends of the arms here to improve visibility at night. The cradles themselves do adjust along the arms here to accommodate loading. It grips your bike at three points. We're going to have two straps up at the top here and one off to the side here, which is going to serve as an anti-sway cradle to keep your bike from moving too far back and forth and making bike-to-bike contact. Now while it doesn't come with the wheel strap that we have here, we do recommend you use one so that your tire is not making contact with your vehicle while you drive. more

Thule Trunk Bike Racks Review - 2015 Subaru Legacy- Video
Today on our 2015 Subaru Legacy we're going to be test fitting a Thule Raceway Pro 2 bike rack, part #TH9001PRO. As you can see, we already have a bike secured to our bike rack. You have two straps on top across the frame and one strap across the vertical part to keep from swaying. You just pop these straps off and your bike will come right off. Now with the bike off, let's go ahead and take some measurements. Overall, you're going to be adding right about 21" to the overall length of the vehicle. Now, the arms do fold down for extra access, for parking or anything else. You just lift up on these tabs, fold them down and lock them into place. There are four straps that secure it to the vehicle. more

Today on our 2015 Subaru Legacy, we're going to be test fitting a Thule Passage Two Bike Carrier, part number TH910XT. Now we already have our bike secured to the bike rack, and I'm go ahead and show you how we can take it off. We have two straps on the top that go over the frame, and one on the vertical part of the frame that is the anti-sway. Just remove the straps, move take your bike right off. Now with the bike off, let's take some measurements. Overall, it's going to add right about 19 and a half inches to the overall length of the vehicle. Now these arms do fold down. more

One of the nicest features about this is the fact that it does have an integrated cable lock here at the end of one of the arms. You'll pull it out, wrap it around your bikes and then attach it to this point up here and lock it so your bikes will be secured to your rack. You do notice we do have a wheel strap here around our tire. This does not come with the bike rack, although we do recommend you use this so your bike tire doesn't sit on the actual vehicle itself. Our cradles are adjustable along the arms to assist with loading and it also has this arch to the arms, which also assists with loading and to prevent bike to bike contact. more

Hollywood Racks Express Trunk Bike Racks Review - 2017 Nissan Altima- Video
Today, on our 2017 Nissan Altima, we're going to be test fitting the Hollywood Racks Express Three Bike Rack, part number HRE3. We already have a bike installed on the rack, let's go and take a closer look and show off some of the features. Now, these are fixed arms, so these do not fold down if you we're to need that for extra clearance, but it does have adjustable cradles that move along the arms, here, to assist with loading. It also has these nice rubber straps, here, so your bike frame itself won't get scratched up once it's installed, and it grips your bike at two points with these straps at the top. Now, when all three bikes are attached, we do have this strap here, which you would wrap around all three, which will serve as a stabilization strap. Let's go ahead and take the bike off and set it aside. With our bike rack in this position, I'm going to go ahead and give you a quick measurement. Measuring from the edge of the trunk, or edge of the bumper, to our outermost point, which is going to be our arms, here, we've added about 23 inches. more

Today, on our 2016 Dodge Dart, we're going to be taking a look at the Thule Archway XT 2-Bike Rack, part number TH9009XT. This is a trunk mount bike rack that holds up to two bikes. We already have one bike installed, so let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. The first feature I'd like to show off is the fact that it has an integrated cable lock here at the end. You wrap it around your bikes, and come up to the front portion here, and then lock it into place with the included lock core. The cradles are movable along the arms and have this nice shock resistant padding here, so your bikes won't get scratched up once they're being installed. It grips your bike at three points. more

Today on our 2016 Dodge Dart, we're going to be test-fitting the Yakima HalfBack Two-Bike Rack, part number Y02636. Now, this is a truck-mounted bike rack that can fit up to two bikes. We already have a bike installed. Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. First off, at the ends of both arms we're going to have bottle openers. The cradles themselves are stuck in these positions. more
