The overall length from this end to this end, is going to be right at 41 5/8 inches. Now the rod that actually moves is this one right here and the length of that goes from here, right about to there. So if we put a measurement on that, it's going to be 37 1/2 inches on just this rod length. more

If something happened to your original motor, it's just not working anymore, maybe the gears have gone bad or something else has happened to it, this is going to be that direct replacement to get you back and rolling again, so you can enjoy that slide-out and have all that room in your RV.Let's take a little closer look at it and make sure it's going to be the right slide-out motor for you. It is going to be that venture motor assembly, so this is going to be a high-speed slide-out motor, has a gear ratio of 58 to one, so definitely going to give you a fast operation of your slide-out. You can see we'll have our attachment point to the crank arm.There's a little barrel pin that's in there as well to help keep everything in place, so that connects on the other side to the rest of your assembly. Then we'll have our two connection points to make to our electrical system: red wire goes to power, black wire goes to ground. That's pretty much all there is to it for our look at the replacement high-speed motor assembly. more

This motor is going to replace the above floor slide-out gear motor for your power gear RV slide-out. As you can see, it does have the double shaft that is actuated by the bi-directional electric motor. It does have the automatic braking feature like your original did. The pin for your shafts is not included, so you will either have to use the original or pick up that piece separately, but you can see it has the same two wire plug that your original did, so it is going to plug in just the same way.It does have a mid torque power rating, and it's going to draw about 12 volts. more

It's going to be something to lubricate the metal, protect it from the elements, make sure that it stays rust free for a long time and keeps things rolling smoothly so you can resist any kind of road grime. It's good to apply after, maybe have some heavy rain or snow and things like that and apply it kind of every couple of months or so to keep that metal protected.You want to make sure that you spray it about four to eight inches away from your target area. The bracket is a zinc plated steel, so that also should resist any kind of rust or corrosion, and overall again, lasts for a long time for you. So the roller here is designed to help your slide-out move properly and roll right along as it should.As far as the sizing for this, our bracket here measures about two and three quarter inches long and then overall measures about one and seven eighths inches wide and about two and five eights inches tall. more

This is going to be a recessed mount roller, so as it sits there it's going to be kind of hidden and only a little bit is going to be rolling out at the top, so it's going to keep that nice and protected. Our bracket is made out of a zinc plated steel and then our roller is made out of a nylon construction. As far as the measurements go from side to side, it's about three inches wide and then about four and a half inches long, although if we go to the end of the bolt and the nut there holding everything together, it's about five and a quarter inches long.The little channel that our roller sits in is just about an inch and five eighths wide, and then it's about one and half inches tall. We go to the top of the roller, to the bottom of the housing there, maybe about one and nine sixteenths, if we get real exact with it. more

This is going to be a partially recessed mount, so we'll be able to have the one side sort of offset from the other, so however we need it to be, if we need it to sit a little bit further in to our mount, we can have it that way or vice versa.This is going to have a nylon roller, so it's soft enough that it shouldn't scratch anything but it should keep everything rolling nice and smoothly. Have our raw brackets on the other side, so these do not have any kind of paint there, so if you install these, you might want to paint them once they're in place to make sure that they don't rust out after a while. That'd be probably be something that'd be good to do.As far as the overall dimensions, our bracket, it's going to measure about 13 and 7/16 inches long. more

Review of Lippert Components Hydac Cartridge Valve - LC177094- Video
Today we'll be taking a quick look at the Lippert Replacement Hydac Cartridge Valve for RV slide outs. This is going to be a direct replacement for your slide-out hydraulic pump valve cartridge. We'll have the two green o-rings there to provide a good seal, and we'll also have the set screw and the lock manual override for this. This does just include the one Hydac cartridge valve, and it's going to work with your hydraulic RV slide-out pump.As far as some measurements, overall it's about four inches long, and this inner portion here is about three quarters of an inch in diameter. The end here is about three eights of an inch, or three quarters of an inch, excuse me, and then to the threaded portion it's about an inch. There are also two more o-rings in place, so again, it's going to provide a good seal for that hydraulic pump.It's made in the USA, and if you need any other replacement parts from Lippert, we have a lot of options available here at etrailer.com, so definitely check those out. more

Review of Lippert Components RV Exterior - LC386322- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the Replacement Gear Motor Assembly for the Lippert Electric Slide-Outs.This will replace the gear motor assembly on your Lippert Electric Slide-Out system. It does replace the Kwikee assembly motor numbers 387738 and 386322. Has a dual output shaft. Has a high torque center drive design. Voltage rating is 12 volts DC. The mounting location for this is it mounts between the slide-out rails, and it does include the pin right here and there, and the connector has a plug on. more

Review of Lippert Components RV Exterior - LC387523- Video
Today we're going to look at the replacement Gear Motor Assembly for a slide out motor assembly. This part will replace the gear motor assembly that's on your Lippert Components Power Gear Slide Out assembly, part number 524179. This motor in the gear will allow you to extend out the slide out on your RV. You can see it does have your electrical connection here, which is a two pin male plug, red and black wire.But that should do it for the review on the replacement gear motor assembly for a slide out motor assembly. more

Review of Lippert Components - RV Exterior - LC142927- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the Lippert replacement Nason Hydraulic High Pressure switch. This is going to be a direct replacement from Lippert Components. It has the all-weather connector, so be able to connect that up. Has a little grommet there to protect anything from getting out or getting into the system, and then we'll have our connection on the other side for our switch. This is standard on almost all of your hydraulic slide outs and leveling systems since the year 2007. So if you have one that's older than this, you will need a different one, but from 2007 and newer, this will work out just fine for you. more
