Today on our 2013 Toyota Highlander well be test fitting the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains for light trucks, part number pw2029c. Well be test fitting these tire chains on tire size 245/55-19. Now this vehicle is primarily rear wheel drive so we will be installing the tire chains on the back set of tires. To begin our test fit well lay the chains flat out on the ground to undo any kinks or tangles. This will ensure that the tire chain will fit correctly around the tire. Well now drape the tire chain over the tire making sure the tire chain is centered and the hooks of the tire chain are facing out so that we dont damage the outer wall of the tire. more

Today on our 2012 Toyota Highlander with tire size P245-65-R17s. Well be installing the glacier tire chains part number PW3010C. Their easy to install and comply with all DOT. Now youll notice these chains do come with a yellow tab indicating the side as well as the direction of the chain. Well go ahead and sit our chains in place over the top of the tire. Youll want to make sure that the cable attachments are on the bottom side of the tire. more

Today on our 2012 Toyota Highlander with tire size P245-65-R17s well be installing glacier tire chains, part number PW1046. Before we began our installation well need to be sure were placing the chains correctly. Youll notice that each side chain is marked with the words tire side. Well need to make sure that this faces the tire. With that done we can then take the center of the chain and drape it over the top of our tire here at 12 oclock. On the inside of the tire here well need to connect the chains together. more
