Collin: Hey everyone, Collin here at etrailer. Today we got a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We're going to do a test fit of the Thule Force XT Sport Rooftop Cargo Box. This is a cargo box that will mount to the roof rack of your Grand Cherokee and it's going to allow you to get any excess cargo or luggage, anything like that, up into an enclosed area on top of your roof and create more space on the inside of your vehicle for your passengers. Now what's really cool about this box is that it's got a very durable ABS plastic construction to it.It's going to be impact-resistant and UV-resistant, so it will protect all the items you have in there. The top has a diamond-textured finish to it and you can kind of feel when I scratch it, you can hear that. more

Speaker 1: Today, on our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we're going to be doing a test fit of our Thule Motion XT Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box. That's part number TH629508.This is going to be a low profile cargo box, so it's going to be great for our skis, snowboards and other small cargo. It features a storage capacity of 16 cubic feet. It also features a locking mechanism to keep our cargo safe while we're out and about. To open the box, we're going to simply insert our key, turn to the unlock position, pull in on our hatch and lift up on the lid.Our box is going to feature four power clip clamps. These are called power clip clamps because as you turn them to tighten them, they do create an audible clicking noise when they're sufficiently tightened. more

It does feature 16 cubic feet of storage space, and it also has this locking mechanism to keep our cargo safe while we're out and about.To open the lid, we're going to insert our key, turn it to the unlock position, then pull in on our latch there, and then raise our lid. Inside, we have four power click clamps. What's special about these clamps is that when you turn them to tighten, and when they are sufficiently tightened, they make an audible clicking sound so you can be confident that they are sufficiently tightened.We're gonna put them in their track, make sure that they are centered on our bar, and then begin to spin them to tighten them down. more

Today on this 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee we're going to be test fitting the Inno Wedge 660 cargo box. Part number: INBRN660BK. As you can see it fits nicely on our roof here. It has a nice aero-dynamic shape which is going to cut down the wind noise and drag that you experience while your driving. It also is adjustable to go further up or further down the roof rack as you please. If you wanted this to be closer to the front you can adjust your factory roof racks on this particular vehicle if you wanted to do that. Let's show you how it works. This is going to offer 11 cubic space 00:00:09 of cargo space, and it'll be perfect for getting your skis and snowboards out of the elements, as well as any kind of cargo or luggage you may need to put in it. Let's go ahead and start off by getting it put up on the vehicle. This is going to be part number Y07193. It's good to set it up on its side just like so, so you can open up the feet and make sure they're ready to receive your crossbars. Then, you will set it right in front of your crossbars like so and slide it back into place. Now in the instance that it's going to be like this, we're going to need to open it up and get on the inside so we can loosen up the feet. more

Today on our 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee we'll be doing a test fit of the Inno Shadow series box. This is going to 13 cubic feet of cargo space. It's going to be part number INBRA1250BK. As you can see you do have the spots where you can open it up on both sides of the rack or of the box. Here and here. Then you also have the quick fit feet that are going to slide through these rubber grommets on the bottom side to attach to our factory crossbars that we have on our vehicle. What we're going to do is we're going to set it up there and open it up and then put the feet through. more

Today on this 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee were going to do a test fit of part #: a90275 from sport rack. This is the aero XL cargo box. Now our Jeep has already been equipped with a Thule roof rack system using the aero blade bars. All we got to do for our test fit is take our cargo box and place it on top of the roof rack. When we put our cargo box on top of the roof rack we can center it up in the middle of the vehicle or we can pull it to one side or the other in case you wanted to add another accessory such as a bicycle rack. In this case were going to keep it in the center. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Today on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, well be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box, part number Y07193. Our vehicle is already equipped with the Yakima cue tower roof rack system, and our RocketBox is already pre-assembled. So were ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. Well need to simply set the RocketBox on top of the crossbars with the clamps just in front of each crossbar. Well then make sure that the clamps are in their open position, and then we can just slide the cargo box back so that the crossbars fall into the clamp openings. With the crossbars resting in the clamp openings, well simply open the lid and tighten down the red wing nuts located inside the cargo box. more
