The EXO system is interesting. It's a modular system where you can mix and match different accessories. You have these knobs right over here, you have this really cool cleat system, and that way if you wanted to switch something out for, let's say, a bike rack or a ski and snowboard carrier, it's simply a matter of lifting this up, out, and then putting your brand new accessory in and fitting that into place. Flint Hill Goods Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2019 Honda CR-V- Video
Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods aluminum cargo carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2019 Honda CR-V. Now, this is going to be a bit of a unique design in the sense that it's a little bit more narrow, but the big thing here is the very short side walls. That can mean maybe a nice thing if you've got some things like duffle bags that maybe hang over the sides a little bit. MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2016 Honda CR-V- Video
Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today, we are looking at our MaxxTow wheelchair and scooter cargo carrier here on our 2016 Honda CR-V. So this is gonna be a cargo carrier that not only gives you a 500-pound weight capacity, but it also has a ramp or a 60-inch long ramp to the side of the cargo carrier, which will allow you to roll either your wheelchair, your scooter, your snowblower, whatever you need to carry onto your cargo carrier. So we'll take a look at how it fits here on our Honda CR-V. The first thing I wanna take a look at is how much length is added to the back of my car right now. So if I had a CR-V, I would measure from this bumper to the end of the carrier, and that would be about 42 3/4 inches. more

Jake: Hey guys, Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2019 Honda CVR, and we're going to be doing a test fit and showing you some of the cool features on this Reese Cargo Carrier. This is going to be a hitch mounted cargo carrier. It's going to mount into your two inch by two inch hitch receiver to be able to get all the extra things that you like to take on those long trips out of your vehicle and onto the cargo carrier, allowing more room for family and friends on the inside.You can see here, we have a couple of duffle bags and a cooler that fit pretty snug in there, but it is a lot of stuff. The dimensions are going to be 24 inches wide by 60 inches long by about five inches deep. So that's plenty of space to get your gear out of your car and onto the cargo carrier.We have some of these straps here at etrailer that you can purchase to simply tie down. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Honda CRV we're going to be taking a look at the Reese Explorer cargo carrier, part number 63153. This is going to allow you to move storage from your vehicle out to the back, so that way you free up room for more passengers. It's going to measure 24" wide by 60" long. It's also going to have a depth of about 5-1/2". It's constructed of steel, so it's going to be durable and have a 500 pound weight capacity. Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Honda CR-V- Video
Today on our 2015 Honda CRV we're going to be taking a look at the 24 by 60 CURT cargo carrier, part number C18152. Now this is going to be great for getting any gear, camping gear, luggage, anything like that you just don't want to keep inside your vehicle, whether it be dirty, damp, or anything like that. Now with this on, let's go ahead and take a quick few measurements. Overall, this is going to be adding roughly right around 33" to the total length of your vehicle. Now at the closest point to your vehicle this is going to be right around 8", is the closest point to the front of the basket here. Now as far as ground clearance goes, here at the back of the carrier we're looking right about 15". Now as you can see, we still have access to our back hatch to get anything in or out. more

Now this is designed to work with 2" hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Although it does have a pretty high weight capacity, it is pretty lightweight so it's easy to insert and take out of your hitch. We're going to start off with a couple measurements. This is going to carry up to 300 pounds and they've designed it so that you can use it with the inch and a quarter or with 2 inch hitches. Part number on it is C18110. You can see we're going to have a nice heavy duty construction here. Plenty of areas for dust and debris and stuff like that to fall down through that expanded steel floor. Also it's going to give us a lot of support. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2010 Honda CR-V- Video
Today on this 2010 Honda CR-V, we're going to be test fitting the twenty by sixty Curt cargo carrier, part number C18150. Now the carry capacity of this cargo carrier is going to be five hundred pounds. We have this mesh floor here, which is nice because it makes it easy to clean. It also has this railing all around the cargo carrier which can serve as a tie-down point by either ratchet straps or your bungee cords. I'm going to go ahead and give you some measurements now. Measuring from the bumper to the outer rail here, that's going to be about twenty-nine-and-a-half inches that we've added to the vehicle. For ground clearance to this point here, this edge, that's fifteen-and-a-half. Then the closest point, which will be the inner rail, that's going to be about eight-and-a-half inches. Now the exhaust on this vehicle's going to be on the passenger side facing directly towards the cargo carrier. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2010 Honda CR-V c18110- Video
Today, on this 2010 Honda CRV, we're going to be test fitting the 20 x 48 Curt Cargo Carrier, part number C18110. This has a carrying capacity of 300 pounds. Today on our 2016 Honda CRV, we've got out the Curt 20" by 60" Folding Cargo Carrier, we're doing a test fit on it. This cargo carrier has a capacity of 500 pounds, and they designed it for use in 2" hitches, the part number on it is C18251. Now this carrier has got kind of the smaller size expanded steel, so you're going to have room for dirt and debris and stuff to fall down and through, but it's also going to give us good support even if we're transporting some smaller items. We've got a raised rail all the way around the outside, this offers good front-to-back, and side-to-side support. It's going to be about 5 1/2" tall, and it's also going to give us some good connection points for our tie-downs once we have everything loaded up. As far as ground clearance goes, we've got about 15 1/4". Overall our carrier adds about 33 1/2" to the back of the CRV. more

This is going to be fifty five inches long by fifteen and a half inches wide and it's going to be for your two inch shanks. Today on our 2015 Honda CRV we're going to be doing a test fit of the MaxxTow 30x50 wheelchair carrier with a 48-inch pivoting ramp. This is going to be part number MT70106. It's going to have a sturdy steel construction, offering a 500-pound weight capacity with it's nice expanded metal base for easy clean-ability. This is going to be perfect for your motorized scooters or wheelchairs. And when you don't have it in use, it's going to tuck up against the back side of the vehicle, with its nice folding shank. Note that it does come with a 2-inch shank for your 2-inch receivers only, as well as that anti-tilt rattle device, which is going to make it nice and sturdy on the back of the vehicle, as you can see there. Today on our 2015 Honda CR-V, we're testing the Curt 20 by 60 folding cargo carrier. It's been designed for use with humans yet it's going to offer us a 500 pound weight capacity. Part number is C18151. As you can see, we've got a nice sturdy cargo carrier here. It's got the expanded steel style floor so that dirt and debris will fall right down through. It's a stamped out expanded steel so we don't have those sharper edges so they'll kind of hold onto things. more

Now as you can see the Curt is a nice, solid cargo carry. It's going to have that expanded steel style floor. It doesn't have the sharp edges on it like we get out of the standard expanded steel, but it's still going to give us plenty of open areas for dirt and debris and stuff like that to fall down and out. SportRack Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2013 Honda CR-V- Video
Today on our 2013 Honda CRV, we're going to be doing a test of the 20" by 60" SportRack Vista cargo carrier, this is the folding version. Part number on it is SR9851. This has been designed for use in 2" hitches, it gives us a 500lb weight capacity. As you can see we've got 100lbs loaded on here. It's a nice stiff, solid feeling cargo carrier that's going to be provided with an anti-rattle bolt, just threads in the side there, uses a 19mm wrench. Really secures it as opposed to some of the pin and clip style connections that you see where they can be really bouncy moving. Clear this off here you can take a look at the expanded steel that we've got there is the base or the floor. more

Today on our 2008 Honda CRV, we'll be doing a test fit of the Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier. That's part number CC-100. It's for 2-inch by 2-inch hitches. Its dimensions are 23 by 60 and has a nice carrying capacity or weight capacity that is of 500 pounds. Let's go ahead and begin our test fit by inserting the shank into the receiver. We're just going to push that in, and line it up with the pinholes. more

Curt 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Honda CR-V- Video
Today on our 2015 Honda CRV we're going to be doing a test fit of the Curt Cargo Carrier. This cargo carrier's going to be 24 by 60 inches long, also going to offer that sturdy steel construction with that 500 pound weight capacity and a 2 inch shank, that folds for your 2 inch receivers only. Your hitch kit and clip will not be included with this so if you'd like to obtain one you can get it on our website, part number PC3. This is going to be part number C18153, let's go ahead and get it fitted on to our vehicle, and see how it looks and fits. First thing we'll do is insert that shank in to our receiver, we'll slide it in and line up our pinholes. Once you have your pinholes lined up insert your hitch pin and clip. Then we'll get a few measurements starting with our closest distance first, and with our rack in the stowed position like this, it's going to be from the front of the rack to the backside of the bumper and that distance is going to be about 7 inches. more

SportRack Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Honda CR-V- Video
Today on our 2015 Honda CRV, we're going to be doing a test fit of the SportRack Vista. This is going to be 20 inch wide by 60 inch long cargo rack. It is going to offer that two inch folding shank that also comes with that nice, sturdy, steel construction, and a 500 pound weight capacity. It's going to be part number SR9851. It does also include your anti-rattle bolt, which, if we remove that, it looks like a normal rack. What that anti-rattle bolt is going to do is, it's going to help eliminate a lot of the sway, rattle, and wobble. We'll show you that when we get it on the vehicle. more

Detail K2 20x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Honda CR-V- Video

It comes with a 2-inch shank for your 2-inch receivers. As well as that nice folding part here. It's going to be 20-inches wide by 60-inches long. SportRack Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Honda CR-V sr9849- Video
Today on our 2015 Honda CRV we're going to be taking a look at the Sport Rack Vista cargo carrier. This is a 20 by 60 cargo carrier. It's been designed for use in 2" hitches and it offers us a 500 pound weight capacity. Part number on it is SR9849. Today on our 2014 Honda CRV we're going to be doing a test fit on the SportRack Vista, this is a folding cargo carrier capable of holding 500 pounds. It's been designed for use in 2 inch hitches the Part Number is SR9851. We've got the Vista loaded down with 100 pounds as you can see. This is going to give us a nice stable ride for whatever we're going to be hauling. As compared to some of the cargo carriers rather that are installed and secured with the hitch pin and clip. This on uses an anti-rattle bolt so it really stabilizes everything. more

Today on our 2014 Honda CR-V were going to be test fitting the SportRack Vista cargo carrier. This measures 20 wide my way, 60 wide your way. Its going to give us ample room to remove some of that stuff out of our car to give us more room for passengers or pets. Weve got it loaded with 100 pounds here. Its designed for use with 2" hitches, and they use an anti-rattled bolt as you can see. Thats going to give us a real nice steady platform as were heading down the road. more
