Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, we're gonna be test fitting the Inno Aero four bike rack, part number INH640. We already have a bike installed on our rack; let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. We're gonna go ahead and start from the outside and work our way in. Looking on the end here, you see this locking point. That's for an integrated cable lock that comes with the bike rack. You pull it out of the side mast, wrap it around all four bikes, and then attach it to this point here and lock it into place, and it does come with two keys for this.Moving on to the cradles, these are adjustable back and forth and side to side like you can see here. more

Inno Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan INH620- Video

Speaker 1: Today in our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, we're gonna be test fitting the Inno Aero Light, two bike rack, part number INH620. As you can see, it can carry up to two bikes. And we're going to start looking from the outside in and show off some of the features of this.First off, you're going to see this locking point here, and that's going to be utilized with our integrated cable lock that stores in our side mast here, to pull it up and wrap it around the bikes and attach it to this point here, and lock it into place with the lock here. And it does come with two keys for this, and then your bikes will be secured once they're installed.Moving on to the cradles, these can be moved back and forth or side to side as needed to accommodate different styles of bikes, but also to help out with loading and bike spacing. Where you bike sits, there's gonna be three points of contact. We're gonna have two straps up at the top, and then one off to the side, and that's gonna be anti-sway cradle to keep the bike from moving too far back and forth and causing bike-to-bike contact. more

This one can tilt away from the vehicle, as well as fold up, while the others are either stationary like you see here, or they only fold up and that's it. Saris Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan- Video

Today on our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, we'll be doing a test fit of the Saris Bones Tilting 2 Bike Rack. That's part number SA882. I've already got it loaded up on the Grand Caravan just to give a good idea of what it's going to look like and how it's going to hold our bike. It secures our bike in three spots. We have two straps for our top tube and then one for our down tube. The one for our down tube's going to be our anti-sway strap and it's going to help reduce a lot of the movement and play in our bike from side-to-side as well as prevent bike-to-bike contact and bike-to-vehicle contact. Today on our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, we'll be doing a test fit of the Swagman Quad 2+2 2 Bike and 4 Bike Platform Style Rack. That's part number S64692. I've already got it loaded up on the Dodge Grand Caravan just to give you a good idea what it's going to look like. It's going to secure our bike in three spots. We have this nice frame hook on the top, putting down pressure on our top tube and to our two front and rear cradles. Then we've got the straps, of course come in between our spokes and keeping our bike firmly in place. more

Today on 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, we'll be doing a test for the Thule T2 Pro Tilting Platform Style 2 bike rack. That's part number TH9034. I've already got it loaded up on the Grand Caravan just to give you a good idea what it is going to look like. It is a platform style rack as I said. It secures our bike in two spots. We have our rear wheel strap here and then we have our front wheel hook. All-in-all, the best part about it is that it has no frame contact, excuse me. One of the greatest features about this is its ability to tilt away so we can gain better access to our rear hatch. more

Today on our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, we'll be doing a test of the Swagman G10 platform style tilting 2 bike rack. That's part number S64682. So I've already got it loaded up on the Grand Caravan, just to give you a good idea of what it's going to look like. It secures our bike in three spots. We have a frame hook on top here that pushes pressure on our down tube into our two cradles, front and rear, and then the strap goes between our spokes, keeping our whole bike in place. But one of the greatest features of about this bike rig is the ability to tilt away, so we can gain access to our rear hatch. We come back here, pull up on our black tab, or lever, and as promised, we can get into our rear hatch. more

Today in our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, we're going to be test fitting the Softride Element Parallelogram Tilting 4 Bike Rack. Part number SR26248. As you can see we already have a bike attached to the rack, and first off I would like to show one of the most important features of this rack. This can actually tilt away from the rear of the vehicle to get to your cargo area with the bike still attached, which is pretty significant for a hanging style bike rack. To do that, you take the handle here, you pull out, just let it tilt away, and then you can gain access to your cargo area. In this case it works out just find. more

Today on our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan we're going to be test fitting the Kuat Transfer 3 Bike Rack, part number TS03G. As you can see, we already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's look at some of the features. Now the most interesting feature about this bike rack is the fact that it can tilt away from the vehicle so you can get to your cargo area with the bikes still installed. Now to do that, going to have to lift these out of the way, you go to this lever here, you can push down with your foot. Gently let it down like so and you can gain access to your cargo area. However, unfortunately with the Dodge Grand Caravan model, you are going to run into a little bit of static with the bike rack, or with the bike, excuse me. more

Kuat NV Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan- Video

Today on our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, well be test fitting the Kuat NV Platform Style Aluminum 2-Bike Rack, part number N101. Well begin our test fit by sliding the shank of the bike rack into the opening of the hitch. Well thread in our pin and secure the lock in the underside. We can then turn the black knob at the back of the shank to engage the anti-rattle device. With the bike rack secured, well go over a couple of clearance measurements to see how the two fit together. We have about 12 inches of ground clearance. more
