Your Sprinter van does come in two different bumper configurations at the back. You could have a standard bumper or you could have a step bumper, which is what we've got here on our vehicle today. Trailer Hitch Installation - 2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter- Video
All right, today on this 2012 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van, we're going to install part number 13358, from Curt. Okay, first thing we're going to do is going to go ahead and lower our pare tire. Now, the next step will be to go ahead and loosen up the bolts, one at a time. What we're going to do is remove one bolt and spin it around and install it in the operation direction. When we install the bolts, we'll just push them all the way through, but flushed to the other side. We'll do one at a time so we don't have to worry about the bumper falling. Okay, with all the bolts reversed, then we can go ahead and lift up the hitch into position. more
