Best 2007 Acura RDX Trailer Hitch- Video
Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be checking out our best trailer hitch options for your 2007 Acura RDX. Two different hitches, right here we have the Draw-Tite hitch and right here we have the Curt, and although they're extremely similar in many ways, if I had to pick one for my own vehicle, probably lean more towards the Draw-Tite, and that's really just because this one's gonna have a little bit higher weight capacity, so it's gonna be a little more versatile, and that might be the difference of, you know, allowing you to use, let's say a 3-bike rack compared to a 5-bike rack or tow a little bit heavier trailer. So, you know, having that little extra capacity can put your mind at ease, and potentially open up your opportunity a little bit more on what you're gonna be able to do with your trailer hitch. Speaking of weights, the capacities are gonna be the biggest differences between these trailer hitches for sure. Like I said, the Draw-Tite ones are little bit higher, that's gonna have a 400 pound maximum gross tongue weight rating, so that's the amount of weight pushing down on the hitch, so that's good for those one to four, maybe even more bike racks, just kinda depending on the weight to everything, and it's gonna have a 4,000 pound maximum gross trailer weight rating, so that's the amount of weight pulling on the hitch, that's the weight of your trailer plus anything that you might have on it. more
