Folks, this kit will help prolong the life of your transmission, and it's gonna extend time between the necessary fluid changes. So the filter will filter the fluid and remove contaminants better than the OE screen type filters that are normally found on your vehicles when they come out of the factory. This also does increase fluid capacity because now you're gonna add more fluid to fill up all these hose lines, the filter and everything. So that's gonna help as well because now it's gonna take longer for that fluid to get hot. more

Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement silver aluminum hydraulic jack assembly with the Lippert Gen 1 Level Up 5th Wheel RV Leveling System, has a 14,000 pound weight capacity. Now this is an exact replacement part that'll replace one middle or rear hydraulic jack assembly on the Lippert Components Gen 1 Level Up RV Leveling System. Now I mentioned it's a Gen 1 for the Gen 1 models. This is a Gen 1 model jack, and to identify if the jack you are replacing is a Gen 1 or a Gen 2, you wanna look at the top of the jack. The Gen 1, like this one, has a nice wide T-shaped top. more

Hey, everyone, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2024 GMC Canyon, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Roadmaster automatic battery disconnect switch. So with these Canyons, whenever you're getting ready to flat tow 'em, the manufacturer does require that you disconnect the battery. And if it we inchesre me and I was setting one of these up, initially, I would probably think, "Whatever, not a huge deal. "I'll just disconnect it and reconnect it "when I'm going through that flat towing process." And, honestly, I could see that getting old pretty quick. Having to pop the hood, get your tools out, disconnect it, do the opposite whenever you're ready to drive it around, so on and so forth. more

Hey, guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Front Runner Pro Bike Rack for quick-release bikes. To secure the front of our bike, we're going to have a nine millimeter skewer to clamp down on it. It'll work just like your quick-release on your bike, you'll twist it down, clamp it down. And then to release it, you just pop this knob open. Now, ours is a little bit more difficult, because we have these little valleys that the quick-release goes inside of, so we have to turn it a couple times to get it undone. more

This system is designed to mount your quick release and through axle Front Runner bike racks to it so that you can get 'em out from on your rack onto the outside of your rack. You can see how it'll kick it out and we've got the front kind of centered in the middle here. We do have the rear tire hold bike rack. We do have that pulled all the way out so you can see how much room we're saving on the inside of our rack. more

Hello neighbors, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today, we're talking a simple Valterra foam weather stripping for your RV's air conditioner, and it's gonna help seal up a 14 by 14 inch opening. So folks, this does come like this. As you can see, it's got an adhesive backing on it, so I'm not gonna take that off, obviously, for whoever ends up getting this or whatnot. But basically, you would peel these off, peel off the backing, and these come in four different pieces here. They're 3/4 of an inch thick, and you simply would take the backing off, and then you would make a square just like the picture here around the AC roof opening. more

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this CURT OEM fifth wheel hitch legs for the Ram towing prep package, has a 30,000 pound gross towing weight capacity. Now, this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2013 and newer Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks that have the eight foot long bed and the factory installed underbed towing prep package. Now, this custom base is specifically designed to attach to the receivers in the Ram's truck's factory installed underbed fifth wheel towing prep package, and it will adapt the CURT 25,000 pound and 30,000 pound fifth wheel hitch heads to fit the Ram factory system. I did wanna just pop up an insert here to show you there's one of the hitch heads and that hitch head is designed to drop right inside here and then bolted into place. more

Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2022 Honda Ridgeline, we're gonna be showing you how to install the REDARC custom-fit adapter harness. Before we do that though, let's just check this out and make sure it's going to work for you. So right off the bat, what REDARC has done is made a plug-and-play-type harness for their trailer brake controllers. So this is going to work with the REDARC Tow-Pro Liberty, which is what we have installed on our Honda here today. It'll plug in to this portion there, and then this will plug into your factory connector, which is located behind this panel. more
