Today on this 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, we're going to show you part number PW1046. This is the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains. For reference, we're working with a tire size of 235 by 55 by 18. This is what the tire chains look like when they're installed on the vehicle. First off, they're actually constructed from cable all the way around with rollers on the cable that can move up and down and fit with the tire and ice and snow as needed. The heighth of the rollers is very small so it actually gives you plenty of room between your fender well and the components behind tires and wheels as well.
