Today on our 2014 Ford Flex we're doing a test fit of the Thule T2 Pro Platform Style 2 bike rack. That part number is TH9034. We already have our bike secured down here. We're first going to show you our main feature of this rack. We're going to come back here and squeeze our handles together. It's going to allow us to tilt our back rack away from our vehicle. Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Ford Flex th9029xt- Video
Today on our 2014 Ford Flex, we're doing a test of the Thule Vertex hanging style 4 bike rack, designed to work with 1 1/4" and 2" hitches. The part number for that is TH9029XT. First thing we'll do is take a look at how our bike is mounted to the rack. We've got 2 cradles holding that bike in with 3 straps, 2 on the frame, and then one as your anti-sway strap in the back. It's going to keep a lot of the shake and play out of the bike as you're heading down the road, so you don't have to worry about it damaging your vehicle. To remove those, we'll first start with our frame straps, and we'll just pull down and lift up. more
