Today on our 2011 Ford Fiesta, well be installing Thule Vertex 4 Bike Carrier, part number TH9029. Now we've already gone ahead and installed the bike rack on the vehicle, tightening down the anti-rattle bolt so the bike rack is secured to the vehicle. Now we'll go ahead and give you a few measurements. The ground clearance at the bike rack is 8-1/2" and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 4". Now we'll go ahead and pull the hitch switch at the bottom of the bike rack mast and open our cargo door. And as you can see we can gain full access to the cargo area with this bike rack. more

Thule Apex 4 Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2011 Ford Fiesta

Today on our 2011 Ford Fiesta, well be test fitting the Thule Apex 4 Bike Carrier, part number TH9025. Now this bike carrier would work with both 1-1/4 and 2 hitches, although when using with a class 1 1-1/4 hitch you are limited to two bikes. To begin our test fit, well simply install the bike rack shank into the hitch, making sure that the integrated locking hitch pin slides into the hitch pinhole. We can then move to the anti-rattle knob where well tighten it down securing our bike rack to the vehicle. Now well go ahead and give you a few measurements. In our ground clearance at the bike rack is 9-1/2 and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 4-1/2. more

Today on our 2011 Ford Fiesta, well be test fitting the Swagman Titan 4 Bike Carrier, part number S63410. A quick note on this bike rack, it will work with both 1 1/4 inch and 2 inch hitches. However, when using with a class 1 hitch, you are limited to two bikes. Now, to begin our test fit, well simply slide the bike rack shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pinhole and install our anti-rattle bolt. With the bolt tight, our bike rack is secured to the vehicle and now we can give you a few measurements. Now, the ground clearance at the bike rack is 11 1/2 inches and from the closest point of the back rack to the back of the vehicle is 8 inches. more

Today on our 2011 Ford Fiesta, well be test fitting part number TH934XTR, the Thule Hitching Post Pro for both 1-1/4-inch and 2-inch hitches. Now our vehicle is equipped with 1-1/4 class I hitch, so this bike rack will work for it although you are limited to two bikes. Weve already gone ahead and installed the bike rack shank into the hitch, lined up our hitch pin hole and installed our anti-rattle bolt. Its secured to the vehicle. Now well go ahead and give you a few measurements. The ground clearance at the bike rack is 8-1/4 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 10 inches. more

Rhode Gear Highway Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2011 Ford Fiesta

Today, on our 2011 Ford Fiesta, we'll be test fitting the Rhode Gear Highway 2 Bike Carrier, product RG8015220. With our vehicle already equipped with the inch and a quarter hitch, we're ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. We'll simply slide the bike rack shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole, and insert our anti-rattle bolt. With our anti-rattle bolt in, we'll go ahead and tighten it down using a wrench and insert our safety pin. Now that our bike rack is secured to the vehicle, we'll go ahead and give you a few measurements. And it looks like our ground clearance measures 9 inches and from a closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 6 inches. more
