This is going to come with your inch and a quarter, as well as your two inch shank, for you class one and two and three receivers. Just keep in mind that with your class one receivers that you're only going to be able to carry up to two bites and that is per your hitch's weight requirements. Today on our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe we're going to be doing a test fit of the Sport Rack Ridge Swing. This is going to be your hanging style five bike rack, part number SR2415. As you can see, we've already got a bike up here on our cradle arm so you can see what it's going to look like once you have it fully assembled on the back of your vehicle. It does come with a two inch shank for your two inch receivers only and it's going to be connected to our receiver using an anti-rattle bolt. Let's go ahead and move it out, right after we get a few measurements. Our closest distance will be first from the front side of this t-handle and screw here on the front side to the back side of the bumper. About three and three quarter inches. more

Today on our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be doing a test fit of the SportRack 3 hanging style three bike rack, part number SR2403. As you can see that we already have our bike up on our platform and on our cradle arm so you can see what's its going to look like once it's fully assembled and in place on the back of your vehicle. Now this rack does come with an inch and a quarter shank as well as that two inch adapter so you can use it with your class 1, 2 and 3 receivers. Just keep in mind that with your class 1 receivers that you're only able to carry up to two bikes and that is per your class 1 hitch requirements and weight specifications. The two inch adapter and an inch and a quarter shank are going to be attached using a anti-ratabolt down here at the bottom to reduce a lot of the sway, rattle and wobble that you will have. We'll show you that here in a few minutes, right after we get a few measurements. Our closest distance is going to be our first measurement and that's going to be about two and one-quarter inches from the backside of the bumper to the front side of this flange bracket in here. more

Today on our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, we will be test fitting the Thule Vertex Swing 4-Bike Rack. That's part #TH9031XT. This is for 2 inches, we have got a 2 inch receiver here today. We can go ahead and begin by inserting our shank into our receiver and line our pin holes up. Once we get that lined up, we will then take our included anti-rattle bolt and thread that through. Once we get that hand tightened, we will grab our socket wrench and we will tighten that the rest of the way down.The nice thing about this anti-rattle bolt is it's going to help reduce the play in the rattle within our hitch and our bike rack, once it's tight. more

Now today we are going to be installing this in a class one hitch, when doing so we are going to be limited to a two bike capacity. To begin our test fit, we are just going to slide the shank of the rack into the receiver tube of our hitch, then line up our threaded hole with our hitch pin hole. With those in line we've got a provided anti rattle bolt that we are going to thread in. This bolt is designed to draw the shank of the rack over against the receiver tube. more

Now to begin our test fit, we're going to slide the shank of the rack in until we line up our threaded hole with our hitch pin hole. Then, take our anti-rattle bolt and slide that in, begin threading it through rather. We will want to put this in from the driver side to the passenger side, so just keep that in mind when you're doing it. With it hand-tight, you can see still lot of movement, a lot of play in our connection, so we're going to take our wrench, and we'll tighten this on down. more

We'll begin our test fit by sliding the shank of the carrier into the opening of the hitch lining up our pin holes and install and tighten down our anti-rattle bolt. Now with our Thule Vertex secured to our Santa Fe, we'll go over a few clearance measures to see how the 2 fit together. We have about 15 inches of ground clearance. The closest part of the carrier to the closest part of our Santa Fe is here at the rear bumper is about 3-1/2 inches away. With the cradle arms down, we've added about 12-1/2 inches to the overall length of our Santa Fe. more

Today, on our 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, we'll be test fitting the Thule Hitching Post Pro, part number TH934XTR. We'll begin our test fit by sliding the shank of the carrier into the opening of the hitch and install and tighten down the anti-rattle bolt. Now, with the Hitching Post Pro secured to our Santa Fe, we'll go over a few clearance measurements to see how the 2 fit together. We have about 15 inches of ground clearance to the rear. The closest part of the carrier to the closest part of our Santa Fe is here at the rear bumper about 7 inches away, and with the cradle arms down, we've added about 17 inches to the overall length of our vehicle. We'll now pull the gold pin at the top of the mast to swing the cradle arms out, and with the cradle arms out, we've added about 38 inches to the overall length of our vehicle. To access the cargo area, we'll pull the gold pin at the base of the carrier to tilt the mast down. more

We'll begin our test fit by sliding the shank of the carrier into the opening of the hitch lining up our pin holes allowing the integrated hitch pin to fall into place and we'll then turn the black knob at the base of the carrier to engage the anti-rattle device. Now with our Apex Swing secured to our Santa Fe, we'll go over a few clearance measurements to see how the 2 fit together. We have about 14 inches of ground clearance at the rear. The closest part of the carrier to the closest part of our Santa Fe is here at the rear bumper about 2 inches away. Withthe cradle arms folded down, we've added about 12 inches to the overall length of our vehicle. more

Speaker: Today on our 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe we'll be test fitting a Thule Apex 4-Bike Carrier Part No. TH9025. We'll begin our test fit by sliding the shank over the carrier into the opening of the hitch lining up our pinholes allowing the integrated hitch pin to fall into place and we'll then turn the black knob at the base of the carrier to engage the anti-roll device. With our Thule Apex secured with our Santa Fe we'll go over a few clearance measurements to see how the two fit together. We have about 16 inches of ground clearance. Closest part of the carrier to the closest part of our Santa Fe is here at the rear bumper about 2 inches away and we've added about 13 inches to the overall length of the vehicle. We'll now lift the gray lever at the top of the mast to swing the cradle arms out and with the cradle arms out we've added about 36 inches to the overall length of our vehicle. To access the cargo area we'll lift up the gray lever at the base of the carrier to tilt the mast down. Now as you can see we can easily gain access to the rear hatch of our Santa Fe. To load the bike we'll make sure the mast is in its upright position. We'll undo the cradle straps, place our bike into the frame cradles and secure with the straps. That complete today's test fit for the Thule Apex 4-Bike Carrier Part No. more

Today on our 2013 Honda Accent we'll be test-fitting the Thule Vertex hitch mountain bike carrier part number Th9029. To mount this carrier to our vehicle, we'll insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch. We'll line up our hitch pinholes, thread in our anti-rattle bolt and tighten it down using a wrench. We want to make sure that we can open the trunk completely and access the cargo area even with the bike rack installed. We'll grab the switch at the top of the bike rack to fold the arms out. We'll undo the rubber straps of the cradles closest to the vehicle and then we'll grab our bike. more

Today on our 2013 Hyundai Accent, we'll be test fitting the Swagman Titan 4-Bike Carrier, Part Number S63410. To begin our test fit, we'll slide the shank of the carrier into the opening of the hitch, align up our pinholes and thread our anti-rattle bolt through the threaded pinholes and tighten with a wrench. It's important to note that when installing this accessory with a Class 1 hitch, the maximum number of bikes that you can load is two. To access the trunk of the car, we'll lift up the handle located at the base of the carrier and tilt the carrier down. This will allow you to have access to the trunk of your vehicle. To load the bike, first make sure that the mast is in the upright position. Lift the handle located at the top of the mast, fold the cradle arms toward you and undo the cradle straps. Now, you can sit the bike on to the frame and secure it with the cradle straps. Now, lets go over some clearance measurements to see how the bike carrier and this vehicle fit together. Today on our 2013 Hyundai Accent, we're going to be test fitting the Thule double-track platform-style bike rack, part number TH990XT. To install the bike rack into the hitch, we're going to need to take the shank of the rack and slide it into the receiver tube of the hitch. We'll line up the hitch pin hole with the hole in the shank of the bike rack, and install our threaded anti-rattle pin. With the bike rack now installed on the vehicle, we can go ahead and give you a couple of measurements. With the rack in the folded position, we have a ground clearance of 8". We have a measurement of about 1" from the outermost part of the bumper to the bike rack. more

There's about 11 inches of ground clearance. Closest part of the carrier to the closest part of the vehicle here at the rear bumper is about four inches. With the cradle arms folded down we've added about 12 inches to the overall length of the vehicle.We'll now pull the gray lever at the top of the mast to swing the cradle arms out and we'll measure from the vehicle's trunk to the end of the carrier's cradle arms and we'll get a measurement of 41 inches. Now with this bike carrier and this vehicle you can access the trunk with the mast in its upright position or we can pull the handle at the bottom of the carrier to tilt the mast down.To load the bike we'll make sure that the mast is in its upright position, we'll undo the cradle straps, set the bike into the frame cradles and secure with the straps. more

There's about 11 inches of ground clearance. The closest part of the carrier to the closest part of the vehicle here at the rear bumper is about two inches. With the cradle arms folded down we've added about twelve inches to the overall length of the vehicle.We'll now pull the gray lever at the top of the mast to swing the cradle arms out and we'll measure from the vehicle's trunk to the end of the carrier's cradle arms and we'll get a measurement of 41 inches. Closest part of the carrier to the closest part of the vehicle here at the bumper is about seven inches. With the cradle arms folded down we've added about 18 inches to the overall length of the vehicle. We can now pull the black lever at the top of the mast to swing the cradle arms out and for the vehicle's rear bumper to the end of the cradle arms we've added an additional 36 inches to the overall length of the vehicle.Now with this bike carrier you can access the trunk of the vehicle with the mast in its upright position or you can pull the black lever at the base of carrier to tilt the mast down to be able to load larger cargo easier. more

To mount the carrier to our vehicle well insert the shank of the carrier into the receiver tube of the hitch. Well line up the hitch pin hole, thread in our anti-rattle bolt and tighten it down with a wrench. Next we want to check for rear vehicle access. Well remove the pin at the base of the bike rack and tilt it down. We want to make sure that we can still open the cargo door completely and access the cargo area of our Santa Fe, even with the bike rack installed. more
